Turn recorded calls into searchable notes

Sales, support and research teams who record but never revisit. The recording exists, the answer is in it, and nobody will scrub an hour to find the ninety seconds that matter.

The flow

1. TriggerZoom's recording.completed webhook fires.
2. AcknowledgeReturn 2xx within 3 seconds or Zoom retries; do the work after.
3. SubmitFetch with the event's download_token, then submit it for transcription.
4. WriteChunk into blocks and write to Notion, or attach to the Airtable row for that account.

What it costs

200 half-hour calls a month is 100 hours — about $48. $24 per 5,000 minutes — about $0.29 an audio hour — and credits never expire.

Why this needs an API rather than a person

Per-call value is small; total value is large. That ratio only works unattended.
