Burned-in captions

Burned-in (or hardcoded) captions are rendered into the video frames themselves during export, becoming pixels rather than a separate text track.

Burning in guarantees identical appearance everywhere and is standard for social clips. Keep the sidecar file too: the burned copy cannot be searched, restyled or retimed later.
