WebVTT file
WebVTT (VTT) is the web-native subtitle format used by HTML5 video, extending SRT-style cues with styling, positioning and metadata.
VTT is what browsers and most streaming players consume. Converting SRT to VTT is nearly mechanical, which is why tools export both from the same timed transcript.
