Transcribe a Philippine court hearing as working text while you wait for the TSN.
A 2-hour RTC or MTC hearing that counsel recorded with the court's permission comes back as timestamped text in about 4 minutes, with the questions, answers and every name and date said listed. You get the first 20 minutes free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers two 2-hour settings with room to spare.
For litigators and law office staff
The next setting is weeks away. Your memory of the cross-examination will not last that long.
A brief of the testimony
The summary states what the witness established and the takeaways, so the associate who was not in court knows where the case stands.
Dates, amounts and exhibits named
Every date, amount, document and name said on the record is listed with its timestamp, which is where you start when you prepare the next cross.
Chapters per witness
Direct, cross, redirect, the court's own questions. Chapters mark each part so you can go straight to the admission you want to cite.
Working text, not the record
Use it to prepare. It does not replace the stenographic notes; when a quote matters, check it against the official TSN.
Waiting on the record
Preparing for the next hearing from handwritten notes means guessing at what the witness said.
✗ Notes from the counsel's table
You were examining, objecting and watching the judge at once. The notes cover the first answer, not the qualification that followed, and settings are often weeks apart.
- Notes that stop during your own examination
- Testimony in Filipino paraphrased in English
- No timestamps to find an answer in the audio
- Associates briefed from memory
- An audio file nobody in the office has time to replay
- Preparation that waits weeks for the TSN
✓ The same hearing here
A working text you can search the same evening, kept as a preparation tool alongside the official record.
- A brief of what each witness said
- Questions and answers with timestamps
- Names, dates and amounts pulled out
- Witnesses and counsel named in the summary and quotes
- Ten 2-hour settings on the $12 pack
- DOCX for the case file

FAQ
Philippine hearing recordings, answered.
How quickly is a 2-hour hearing ready?
In about 4 minutes. A half-day of 4 hours of testimony takes about 8.
What does a whole case's worth of hearings cost?
One 2-hour setting uses 120 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers two with 260 minutes left. Ten settings of 2 hours across a trial are 1,200 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A firm handling many cases can take the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
Is this the official transcript of stenographic notes?
No. It is an AI transcript with timestamps for working from: not the official TSN, not a certified court transcript, not a substitute for the court stenographer, and not legal advice. Record only where the court allows it.
Is there a cap on the hearing file?
Each hearing file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. If yours is over 2 GB, it starts once the firm's account holds a pack. A full day of hearings rarely needs to be split; only a recording over 10 hours goes in as two files.
Witnesses testify in Filipino or a regional language. Will that come through?
English, Filipino and Tagalog are detected automatically, and switches between them inside one hearing are handled. Testimony in Cebuano, Ilocano, Hiligaynon, Waray, Bikol or Kapampangan is supported as a fast first draft; plan one review pass over it.
What about confidentiality and exports?
Client confidentiality is the first question a firm asks, and the answer is that recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. You can delete a recording and its text at any time, and export TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON.
