Transcribe a parents' orientation for every parent who could not come.
A 2 to 3 hour school orientation or PTA meeting in Tagalog, English or Taglish comes back as text in about 5 to 6 minutes, with the dates, schedules and contributions that were announced listed with timestamps. You get the first 20 minutes free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers three 2.5-hour meetings.
For class advisers and PTA officers
Half the parents work on the day of the orientation, and many are abroad. A text version reaches them where the recording never does.
A summary parents actually read
The brief states what the school announced and what each parent needs to do, in a few lines that fit a group chat message.
Every date and amount in one list
Enrolment deadlines, exam weeks, uniform schedules and agreed contributions are pulled out with the minute they were said, so nobody argues later about what was announced.
The questions parents raised
The questions the recording answers are listed on their own, which turns the open forum into a ready FAQ for the class.
Every section's meeting at once
Collect the recordings from each grade level in one Google Drive folder and paste the folder link, or send a single video through the upload page.
What usually happens
A 2-hour video posted in the group chat is a video almost nobody finishes.
✗ Sharing the raw recording
Orientations are long, the phone sits at the back of the room, and the part a parent needs is buried between the welcome and the open forum.
- A video too large to send in a chat app
- Parents asking the adviser the same question all week
- Dates misheard and passed on wrong
- No written copy of what the PTA agreed
- The open forum lost after the meeting ends
- Hours spent typing notes after class
✓ The same meeting here
The meeting returns as text, shaped into something a busy parent can read in two minutes.
- A short brief of what was announced
- Deadlines and amounts with timestamps
- Chapters for each speaker's part of the program
- Parents' questions listed with the answers
- Principal and officers named in the summary
- DOCX or TXT to post the same evening

FAQ
Orientation recordings, answered.
How long before the text of a 3-hour orientation is ready?
About 6 minutes. The rate is close to 2 minutes of processing per hour of recording, so a 2-hour homeroom meeting takes about 4.
What will a school year of meetings cost?
One 2.5-hour meeting uses 150 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers three of them. Ten section meetings of 2 hours come to 1,200 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Credits never expire, so the rest waits for the next meeting.
The video from the phone is over 2 GB. What now?
An orientation file may be up to 10 hours long or 5 GB in size. Uploads before the first pack stop at 2 GB, so a heavier phone video waits until a pack is on the account. If the orientation was streamed to YouTube or saved to Google Drive, paste the link instead.
Do I split the morning and afternoon sessions?
Only if you want them as separate documents. A recording up to 10 hours goes in as one file, so a full orientation day rarely needs cutting.
Our school speaks Bisaya, not Tagalog. Is that supported?
Yes. Cebuano and the other regional Philippine languages are supported, though accuracy trails Tagalog and English: treat that text as a fast first draft and give it one review pass. Tagalog, Filipino and English parts are detected without settings.
Can I share the transcript safely with parents?
Export it as DOCX or TXT and share only what the school approves; SRT, VTT and JSON are there too. Parents' names and questions stay with the school, since recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
