Transcribe INSET training days every session, without a note-taker.
An 8-hour INSET day for teachers comes back as text in about 16 minutes, split into chapters per session, with each resource speaker named in the summary and their key points listed. You get the first 20 minutes free; one 8-hour day fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and a five-day week of 7-hour days, 2,100 minutes, belongs on the $24 pack.
For school heads, coordinators and teachers
Five days of sessions produce a lot of advice. Most of it is gone by the first week of classes.
One brief per training day
The day's thesis and takeaways come first: what the division wants teachers to change, in the order the speakers argued it.
A chapter for each session
Opening program, plenary talk, workshop instructions, output presentations: each one is a titled chapter with a start time, so you can return to the session you missed.
Deadlines and forms named aloud
Submission dates, form names and numbers the facilitators mentioned are listed with timestamps, ready for the school's follow-up plan.
The whole week from one folder
Put each day's recording in a Google Drive folder and paste the link, or send a single day's video through the upload page.
Documenting INSET the usual way
One teacher writes notes for everyone, and misses the session they were presenting in.
✗ Notes and a phone on the table
Training days are long, the sound system echoes, and documentation is due soon after the last day. The teacher assigned to document is usually also expected to take part in every workshop.
- One note-taker for a full day of sessions
- Speakers' slides without the explanation said aloud
- Workshop instructions remembered differently by each group
- A recording too long to rewatch
- Teachers absent on one day with nothing to read
- Documentation reports written from memory
✓ The same training day here
Each day becomes a document the whole faculty can search and quote.
- A brief and takeaways for each day
- Chapters per session with start times
- Resource speakers named in the summary and quotes
- Dates and form names with timestamps
- A whole training day inside the $6 pack
- DOCX to drop into the documentation report

FAQ
INSET recordings, answered.
How long does one training day take to process?
An 8-hour day is ready in about 16 minutes, and a 6-hour day in about 12. Long files have been measured on the public proof page: 9.31 hours of audio in 1,033 seconds.
What does a full week of INSET cost?
One 8-hour day uses 480 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Five days of 7 hours are 2,100 minutes, just over the $12 pack's 2,000, so the week belongs on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which leaves room for the next training.
Can a whole day go in as one file?
Yes, if the recording is 10 hours or less and 5 GB or less. A full day of phone video can pass 5 GB; in that case split it at lunch or send the audio only. A training-day file above 2 GB waits for the first pack before it starts.
Do I need to cut the recording per session?
No. Chapters mark each session inside one long transcript. Cut only when the day runs past 10 hours or the file passes 5 GB.
Some sessions are in Bisaya or Ilocano. Will that work?
Filipino, Tagalog and English come back cleanly, and switches between them are handled. Regional languages such as Cebuano and Ilocano are supported as a fast first draft, so give those sessions one review pass.
Where do the training recordings go, and in what formats do they come back?
They come back as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, and the teachers' discussions stay private, because recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
