Transcribe a DepEd or CHED training and keep the notes you were asked for.
A half-day DepEd or CHED training webinar of about 4 hours comes back as text in roughly 8 minutes, with the first 20 minutes free. The rest of the session fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, with enough left over for a second training.
For teachers and faculty who sat through it
A morning of input sessions, turned into notes you can actually file.
Every input session, labelled
A training usually has several resource speakers back to back. The chapters split the recording by session with timestamps, and the summary names who presented what, so your notes follow the program instead of one long block of text.
Ready for the paperwork
When a training asks for a reflection, an action plan or a short report before the certificate, the brief gives you the thesis and takeaways of each talk. You write the reflection in your own words, with the key points already in front of you.
Where the replay lives
If the webinar was streamed on YouTube, paste the link and nothing needs to be downloaded. Facebook replays and Teams recordings need to be downloaded first and then uploaded as a file. Uploads before the first pack can be up to 2 GB.
Four hours, worked out
A 4-hour training is 240 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes finishes this one with 260 minutes left for the next. The credits stay on the account through the school year and beyond.
What usually happens after a webinar
The certificate needs notes, and the notes are in a four-hour replay.
✗ Notes from memory
Most attendees write the reflection days later, from a few screenshots of slides and whatever they jotted in the chat. Half a day of input sessions is a lot to recall a week after the webinar closed, especially when classes and paperwork fill the days in between.
- Slides without the explanation behind them
- Rewatching the replay at double speed
- Missing the part you stepped out for
- Mixed Filipino and English lost in captions
- No record of which speaker said what
- A deadline that arrives before the notes
✓ The whole training as text
The session comes back as one transcript, with a summary you can read before you write. Your reflection can then cite what each speaker actually said, in the order the program ran.
- Four hours of input sessions in about 8 minutes
- Chapters by input session
- Resource speakers named in the summary
- Takeaways and action points pulled out
- Chat that answers questions about the talk
- DOCX to paste straight into your report

FAQ
Training webinars, the common questions.
How long does a half-day training take to transcribe?
About 8 minutes for 4 hours of audio, since processing runs near 2 minutes per audio hour. A full-day training of 7 hours takes about 14. The finished transcript waits in your Library if you close the page.
What does a 4-hour training cost?
Four hours is 240 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A teacher who records a training every month can take the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes, a little over 33 hours. Prices are in US dollars, with no subscription.
The webinar was on Facebook. Can I paste that link?
Not directly. Facebook replays need to be downloaded first and then uploaded as a file. YouTube replays, Google Drive share links and Vimeo can be pasted as links.
The recording file is large. Will it upload?
Before your first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB, which covers most screen recordings of a half-day webinar. After a pack, one file can be up to 5 GB or 10 hours, so even a full day goes in as one file.
Does it understand Taglish and Filipino?
Yes. The main language is detected automatically among 99, Tagalog and Filipino included, and English and Tagalog switches in one recording are handled. Trainings delivered in Cebuano, Ilocano or another regional language are supported as a fast first draft; plan one review pass.
What do I download, and is the recording kept private?
Plain text, Word, two caption formats and JSON; DOCX is the easiest to paste into a school report template. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete the file and transcript whenever you like.
