480 minutes · about 16 min · pack first

Transcribe an 8-hour stream straight from the VOD.

An 8-hour stream is 480 minutes of audio, and pasting the Twitch, Kick or YouTube VOD link returns it as text in about 16 minutes. Because it runs past 6 hours it starts once a pack is on the account, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers it with 20 minutes left; eight hours of 1080p video is often more than 10 GB, so the link beats an upload.

An all-day broadcast

Eight hours live, then every word findable.

Link, not download

Copy the VOD link from Twitch, Kick or the YouTube live replay and paste it in; nothing has to be downloaded first. If your platform removes old VODs, paste the link soon after you go offline. Local OBS recordings go through upload page.

Why a pack comes first

Stream recordings over 6 hours start once a pack is on the account, and eight hours is past that line. Add the $6 pack of 500 minutes, then paste the link; the 480-minute stream uses all but 20 of it.

Find the moment chat clipped

Chapters follow the stream's segments, from the opener to the late-night stretch. Ask the chat when a sponsor was read or a rule was announced, and you get the timestamp for the clip. Guests and co-hosts are named in the summary and key quotes.

Weekly marathons, priced

Four 8-hour streams a month come to 1,920 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 with 80 left. A fifth one in the month means 2,400 minutes and the $24 pack of 5,000.

What happens to long VODs

An eight-hour VOD is a record nobody can search.

✗ Video and memory

Clips get made from what the editor remembers, and the rest of the stream is never looked at again.

  • A local file far past any upload cap
  • Auto-captions that give up on long videos
  • Clip hunting by scrubbing the timeline
  • Sponsor reads hard to prove afterwards
  • VODs that expire before anyone reviews them
  • Several parts, each on its own clock

✓ Eight hours of text

The full broadcast as one transcript, on the VOD's own timestamps.

  • About 16 minutes after the link
  • No download or re-encode
  • Most of a $6 pack, not a plan
  • Chapters through the whole stream
  • SRT and VTT for the highlight edits
  • Searchable before the VOD expires

FAQ

Eight-hour streams: the questions streamers ask.

How long until the transcript is ready?

About 16 minutes once the VOD has been fetched, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. Close the tab if you like; the job keeps running.

Why does it ask for a pack before starting?

Stream recordings over 6 hours start once a pack is on the account. A shorter recording, such as a 2-hour stream, can start without one, and a first-time visitor gets its first 20 minutes free.

What does an 8-hour stream cost?

480 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500. Two a month is 960 minutes on the $12 pack of 2,000. Packs are a one-time purchase, credits never expire, and there is no subscription.

Can I upload the OBS file instead?

Yes, up to 5 GB once a pack is on the account. Eight hours of 1080p video is usually bigger than that, so export an audio-only copy, roughly 460 MB, or use the VOD link. Files over 2 GB need a pack on the account first, which an eight-hour stream needs anyway.

Is the game audio transcribed too?

No. Music, sound effects and game audio are not transcribed; the speech is. Loud music under a voice can still make some lines harder to read, so check those against the VOD.

Formats, languages and privacy for streamers?

Download TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. 99 languages are detected automatically, and a stream that switches language is detected on its main language. Your VOD is transcribed on our own servers and never used for training.
