Transcribe a long Bikol podcast or vlog with show notes written from the whole talk.

A 2.5-hour Bikol podcast or vlog is transcribed in about 5 minutes from a YouTube link, an RSS feed or an uploaded file, and twelve episodes of that length fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Expect the Bikol talk to come back as a fast first draft that needs one review pass, while English and Tagalog stretches come back cleanly. On a first visit, the first 20 minutes free let you read how the Bikol came out before you buy.

For Bikol creators

A long conversation is your best content, and most of it disappears once it is posted.

Your description starts from the brief

The thesis and takeaways of the episode come first, written from the whole conversation, so the description writes itself from something you can edit.

Quotes worth posting

The key quotes come with the guest named and the minute they were said, ready for a caption, a thread or a pinned comment. Read each quote against the audio once, since the Bikol wording is what your listeners will notice.

Chapters ready for your video description

Topic shifts become chapters with timestamps, which you can copy into the video description so viewers jump to the part they want. A 2.5-hour conversation usually breaks into a dozen or so topics, and each one is a reason for a viewer to click.

From a link or a file

Paste a YouTube or podcast feed link, or send a raw recording from your camera or recorder through the upload page.

Why long episodes get skipped

Nobody searches a three-hour video for one story, unless the story is written down.

✗ Posting the episode alone

A long Bikol conversation goes up with a short description and auto captions that struggle with the language, and the best minutes stay buried. Viewers from Bicol living in Manila or abroad may search for a topic in English, and an episode without text never appears for that search.

  • Auto captions that miss Bikol words
  • A one-line description for three hours
  • No chapters, so viewers drop off
  • Quotes you remember but cannot find
  • Hours of rewatching to write notes
  • No text for a blog or newsletter

✓ Posting it with the text

The episode comes back with notes, chapters and a caption file you correct once and reuse. Corrected once, the caption file and the show notes serve every upload of that episode, from YouTube to a podcast directory.

  • A brief to edit into show notes
  • Chapters with timestamps
  • Quotes with the guest's name
  • SRT you can correct and upload
  • Names and places listed for spelling
  • Search the whole back catalogue

FAQ

Long Bikol episodes, answered.

How long does a 2.5-hour episode take?

Roughly 5 minutes, at about 2 minutes of processing for each hour of audio. A 3-hour livestream replay takes about 6. Pasting a link skips the upload, so a long episode starts processing almost at once.

What does a season cost?

Twelve episodes of 2.5 hours add up to 1,800 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A shorter run of three such episodes is 450 minutes on the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Credits never expire, so the rest waits for next month.

My episode is on YouTube or a podcast host. Does it need uploading?

No. Paste the YouTube link or the podcast RSS feed. A replay that only lives on Facebook, TikTok or Instagram has to be downloaded and uploaded as a file. Links from Vimeo, Twitch, Kick and Google Drive work the same way.

My camera saved a very large file. Will it upload?

Per file, the ceiling is 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever you reach first. Uploads up to 2 GB work before the first pack, and a larger file starts once a pack is on the account; no splitting is needed under those limits.

Will music and intros be in the text?

No. Music and sound effects are not transcribed, only the speech. Bikol, Tagalog and English are detected by themselves, and switches between them in one episode are handled.

What can I export, and is the file used for anything else?

Download TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON; the SRT can go straight into YouTube's caption upload. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
