Customs Broker Licensure Examination · lectures of 2 to 6 hours

Transcribe customs broker review lectures and replay each computation step.

A 5-hour customs broker review lecture is transcribed in about 10 minutes and comes back with chapters per topic and the rates, codes and computations the lecturer read aloud, each with its timestamp. After the first 20 minutes free, the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers that lecture and leaves 200 minutes for the next.

Packs from $6, credits never expire · then from $0.36/hour · Credits never expire · Never used to train AI
✓One 5-hour file, no splitting · ✓English and Tagalog in one pass · ✓Computations with timestamps · ✓Recordings never used for training

For customs broker reviewees

Customs review is long worked examples read aloud. The text lets you follow each step again at your own speed.

What the lecture covered, in one page

The brief opens with the point of the lecture and the takeaways the reviewer repeated, so after a long Saturday you know which topics were treated as basics and which as traps.

Every rate and code said aloud

Duty rates, tariff headings, the exchange rate used in an example and any deadline a lecturer mentions are listed with timestamps. You check a figure against the minute it was spoken, not against a rushed note.

Ask where a computation was done

Type a question such as where the lecturer worked out dutiable value, and the chat over the transcript answers and points to the minute, so the worked example is one click away.

A season of recordings at once

Paste a Google Drive folder of review recordings and each file is queued on its own. A single long class video can also go through the upload page.

Why the notebook falls behind

A valuation problem spoken at full speed does not survive being copied by hand.

✗ Studying from the recording

Customs lectures stack computations: value first, then duty, then the taxes on top. Lose one figure while writing and the rest of the example stops making sense, and finding it again means scrubbing a file that runs five hours.

  • Worked examples missing a middle step
  • Tariff headings misheard and misfiled
  • Five hours of video for one explanation
  • Tagalog side remarks that English-only tools lose
  • No list of topics per session
  • Recordings too heavy for small upload limits

✓ One session, searchable

Each session becomes a single text you can search, with the topics and the figures already pulled out for you. Search a heading or a rate and you land on the exact explanation.

  • A brief with what the lecture set out to teach
  • Rates and codes with the minute they were said
  • Chapters per topic, in order
  • Questions the lecture answers, for drills
  • One 5-hour lecture per $6 pack
  • DOCX to fold into your reviewer

00:12:40 Okay, valuation tayo ngayon. Ang basic rule, transaction value muna bago ang ibang methods.

FAQ

Customs broker review lectures, answered.

How long until a 5-hour lecture is ready?

About 10 minutes, since processing runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A shorter 2-hour weeknight lecture is back in roughly 4.

What will a month of Saturday lectures cost?

A 5-hour lecture uses 300 minutes, so one fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes with 200 to spare. Six Saturday lectures of 5 hours, 1,800 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Sixteen such lectures across a season, 4,800 minutes, go on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.

Do I have to split a long recording?

No. A file may run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, so a full-day lecture stays whole. Uploads up to 2 GB work before the first pack, and a bigger video starts once a pack is on the account.

Which recordings can I transcribe, and can I trust every code?

Transcribe the sessions you are permitted to download, such as recordings shared with enrolled reviewees. Check codes, rates and figures against your own references before you memorise them, since the transcript records what was said, slips of the tongue included.

What if the reviewer switches languages?

Tagalog and English are detected on their own, and a lecture that moves between them is handled in one pass. If your reviewer drops into Cebuano or Hiligaynon, those are supported with lower accuracy than the major languages, so read those parts as a fast first draft and give them one review pass.

What comes out of a customs lecture, and who sees it?

Five formats: TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, every one carrying timestamps. Before you share a reviewer with classmates, one fact worth knowing: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
