Transcribe graduate seminar recordings into DOCX notes, in Korean or English.
A graduate seminar (대학원 세미나) of 2 to 3 hours comes back as text in about 4 to 6 minutes, ready to download as DOCX notes, and the first 20 minutes are free. A 15-week semester of 3-hour seminars is 2,700 minutes and fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, priced in US dollars.
For the student who writes the seminar notes
The professor's comments on your paper, kept word for word.
How seminars get recorded
Lab seminars are often recorded on a laptop through Zoom or on a phone placed on the table, with the group's agreement. Upload the file, or paste the Google Drive link when the lab keeps recordings in a shared folder.
DOCX for the lab record
Download the transcript as DOCX and the chapters arrive as headings: each paper presented, then the discussion. The brief lists the questions raised and the follow-ups agreed, which is what a seminar record usually needs.
A seminar semester, counted
Fifteen weekly 3-hour seminars make 2,700 minutes, more than the $12 pack holds, so the $24 pack of 5,000 covers the semester with 2,300 left. A single seminar of 3 hours is 180 minutes on the $6 pack.
The comment you need for revision
When the professor's critique of a method matters for your paper, ask the chat what was said about it. It returns the exchange with the minute, so you can quote it accurately in your revision notes. upload page
Why lab seminar notes come up short
Three hours of discussion, and the note-taker was also presenting.
✗ Notes written mid-discussion
In a lab seminar the person taking notes is usually also expected to ask questions. The professor's detailed feedback ends up paraphrased in two lines, and the reasoning behind it is gone.
- Feedback summarised in a line
- Questions nobody wrote down
- Papers mixed together in the notes
- Terms in two languages, spelled loosely
- A seminar file nobody opens again
- Services that stop at an hour
✓ A seminar record
The whole seminar becomes text with chapters per paper and a brief of the discussion. The DOCX goes straight into the lab's shared folder, and the presenter has every comment in the professor's words.
- Ready about 6 minutes after upload
- Professor and presenters named in the summary
- Chapters per paper
- Questions and follow-ups listed
- Chat to find a critique
- DOCX headings from the chapters

FAQ
Graduate seminar recordings, the common questions.
How long does a 3-hour 대학원 seminar take?
Close to 6 minutes, because each hour of audio takes about 2. The DOCX can be in the lab folder before everyone has left the room.
What does a semester of seminars cost?
Fifteen 3-hour seminars make 2,700 minutes on the $24 pack of 5,000. Eleven 3-hour seminars, 1,980 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000, and two fit the $6 pack of 500.
Our seminar mixes Korean and English. Is that handled?
The recording is detected on its main language, Korean or English. Papers presented in English inside a Korean discussion, or English terms used in passing, should be checked against the audio where the wording matters.
How large can a seminar file be, and does it need splitting?
Up to 2 GB before your first pack, then up to 5 GB or 10 hours per file, so a seminar never needs splitting. A Zoom recording of 3 hours is usually far below that.
Why DOCX rather than TXT?
DOCX keeps the chapter headings, so the seminar opens as a structured document you can edit into notes. TXT, SRT, VTT and JSON are also available from the same transcript.
Who can see the seminar recording?
Only the account that uploaded it. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, which matters when unpublished results are discussed, and a seminar can be deleted at any time.
