Kwentuhan, interviews, long vlogs · 2 to 3 hours per episode

Transcribe a long Ilocano vlog or podcast and draft the show notes from the text.

A 2.5-hour Ilocano podcast or vlog, pasted as a YouTube link or uploaded as a file, comes back as text with chapters and quotes in about 5 minutes. After the first 20 minutes free, the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers three episodes of that length.

For creators

A long episode is full of lines worth posting. The text lets you find them without watching it again.

Show notes that write themselves

The brief gives the episode's main thread and what listeners take away from it, a starting draft for the description box and the episode page.

Chapters for the description

Each topic change gets a title and a timestamp you can paste under the video, which helps viewers jump to the story they came for.

Quotes ready for clips and posts

Key quotes from the host and each guest come back with their times, so picking the line for a post takes a minute, not an evening.

Link or file, either way

Paste a YouTube or podcast RSS link and nothing needs uploading; a raw episode from your recorder goes through the upload page.

Why rewatching fails

Scrubbing through two and a half hours of your own episode to find one quote is the slowest part of publishing it.

✗ Publishing without a transcript

Long Ilocano episodes rarely get show notes because nobody has time to write them. The quotes stay buried, the description stays one line, and search engines get nothing to read.

  • A one-line description for a 3-hour episode
  • No chapters for viewers to jump to
  • Auto captions that guess at Ilocano
  • Quotes found only by rewatching
  • Guests' names spelled differently each time
  • Years of Iloko episodes nobody can search

✓ The same episode here

The talk comes back as text, and the publishing material is drawn out of it.

  • A brief to start the show notes
  • Chapters with times for the description
  • Key quotes from each voice, timestamped
  • The questions this episode answers, in a list
  • Three 2.5-hour episodes on the $6 pack
  • SRT to upload as your own captions

Sample output

FAQ

Long Ilocano episodes, answered.

How quickly is a 2.5-hour episode ready?

About 5 minutes, at about 2 minutes per hour of audio. A full 3-hour episode is ready in roughly 6, so the text is there before the export from your editor has finished. Episodes with several guests run at the same speed as solo ones.

What does it cost to transcribe my back catalogue?

One 2.5-hour episode is 150 minutes, and three fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Twelve two-hour episodes are 1,440 minutes and sit on the $12 pack of 2,000. A catalogue of forty two-hour episodes, 4,800 minutes, fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which also includes API access.

Can I paste the YouTube link instead of uploading?

Yes. YouTube links, live replays included, and podcast RSS feeds go in directly. Episodes that live only on Facebook, TikTok or Instagram are downloaded first and then uploaded as a file.

How well does it handle Ilocano conversation between hosts?

Ilocano is supported, though its accuracy trails the major languages; the text is a fast first draft, and one review pass before you publish captions is the honest plan. English stretches come back clean, and Tagalog is picked up automatically.

My raw episode is a big video. How large can the Ilocano episode file be?

Each episode file may run to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first. Before the first pack, files over 2 GB wait until a pack is on the account. If the upload refuses the file, convert it to MP3 first and try again.

What do I download, and are my episodes used for anything else?

TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON with timestamps. Unreleased episodes stay yours: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
