Transcribe librarian review lectures and look up every term by its minute.
A 3.5-hour review lecture for the Librarian Licensure Examination is transcribed in about 7 minutes and arrives with chapters per topic and the terms and class numbers the lecturer read out, each with a timestamp. The first 20 minutes are free; the $6 pack of 500 minutes then covers two such lectures.
For library science reviewees
Librarians organise information for a living. A review lecture deserves the same treatment: indexed, searchable, in order.
A summary you can catalogue
The brief gives the lecture's thesis and its takeaways in a few lines, so a season of lectures can be filed and compared like any other collection.
Class numbers and standards, listed
Classification numbers, cataloguing rules, names and dates mentioned in a lecture are pulled out with timestamps. You confirm a number by hearing it again, in context.
Topics in the lecturer's order
Cataloguing, then reference, then library management: each turn in the lecture becomes a chapter with a title and a time, a ready table of contents.
Many lectures, one Drive link
Paste the Drive folder that holds your review recordings and they are queued together. A single long video can be uploaded through the upload page.
Why the replay is slow
Class numbers and cataloguing rules are easy to mishear and slow to find again in audio.
✗ Studying from the recording
Library science review carries many exact strings: class numbers, rule numbers, names of standards. Copied by ear they drift, and checking them means scrubbing a long video for a single line. Reviewees who work in a library already know the cost of an unindexed collection, and a season of unsearchable lecture video is exactly that.
- Class numbers copied with digits swapped
- Rules noted without their wording
- Hours of video searched by ear
- Tagalog explanations lost by English-only tools
- No record of which session covered which topic
- Notes that differ across a review group
✓ The lecture, indexed
The lecture comes back as text you can search, with its structure and its exact strings drawn out. Search a class number and you land on the minute it was explained.
- A brief per lecture
- Numbers and terms with timestamps
- Chapters per topic
- Questions the lecture answers, for self-tests
- Two 3.5-hour lectures per $6 pack
- DOCX to file under each topic

FAQ
Librarian review lectures, answered.
How long before a 3.5-hour lecture is searchable?
Roughly 7 minutes, because processing runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 5-hour lecture takes around 10.
What will a month of lectures cost?
A 3.5-hour lecture is 210 minutes, so two fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Nine of them in a review month, 1,890 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Twenty-three lectures across a season come to 4,830 minutes, which fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes. Unused credits never expire, so a lecture added after the season still has minutes waiting.
Is there a size limit I should know about?
No splitting is needed: one file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first. Before your first pack, the upload limit is 2 GB; a bigger file starts once a pack is on the account.
Can I transcribe a lecture I only streamed?
Transcribe the recordings you are allowed to download and keep. If your review program only streams a lecture, ask the lecturer before saving a copy for transcription.
What about lectures with Kapampangan or Ilocano in them?
English, Tagalog and Filipino are recognised automatically, and switches between English and Tagalog in one lecture are handled. A lecturer who explains in Kapampangan or Ilocano is supported as well, with lower accuracy: a fast first draft that needs one review pass.
Which exports come with a library lecture, and what happens to the recording?
TXT and DOCX for notes, SRT and VTT for the video, JSON for a spreadsheet or script. The plain answer on privacy: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
