Transcribe long Zoom and Teams meetings from the file, with nobody added to the call.
Your team in Israel records two- and three-hour meetings on Zoom or Teams and needs the text afterwards, without a note-taking bot sitting in the participant list. Upload the saved recording and a three-hour meeting comes back in about 6 minutes, the first 20 minutes are free, and a month of weekly 150-minute meetings (600 minutes) fits a $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
After the meeting ends
The recording you already have becomes minutes you can send.
The file, not a guest in the call
Nothing joins your meeting and nobody has to admit an assistant from the lobby. Download the Zoom recording as MP4 or M4A, or download the Teams recording from where your organisation stores it, then upload the file here. Teams recordings cannot be pasted as a link, so they always go up as a download.
Three hours in six minutes
At about 2 minutes per audio hour, a three-hour board or planning meeting is ready in roughly 6 minutes. A two-hour weekly sync takes about 4. Close the tab if you like; the transcript stays in your Library.
Minutes without the note-taker
The brief gives the meeting's main line and its takeaways, and the names, numbers and dates said aloud are listed separately, which is where deadlines and owners usually hide. Ask the chat what was agreed about a budget line and get the answer with its timestamp.
A month of meetings, priced
Four weekly meetings of 150 minutes total 600 minutes, so the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers more than three months of them. A team that records every week and wants shared access can look at the $19 a month Workspace instead.
Why long meetings lose their decisions
The longer the meeting, the less of it ends up in the notes.
✗ Bots and memory
Long calls are either covered by a bot in the room or by whoever happened to take notes.
- A bot that has to be invited to every call
- Participants uneasy with an extra attendee
- Built-in transcripts that stop or drift on long calls
- Notes that cover the first hour only
- Action items nobody wrote down
- Per-seat plans for the whole team
✓ One upload after the call
The saved recording goes up once and the whole meeting comes back as a document.
- Nothing joins the meeting itself
- About 6 minutes for three hours
- Participants named in the summary and quotes
- Names, numbers and dates listed out
- Chapters for every agenda item
- One-time packs, no seats to count

FAQ
Long meetings in Israel, answered.
How long does a 3-hour meeting take to transcribe?
About 6 minutes. The rate is close to 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 2-hour meeting takes about 4. Larger video files take a moment longer to upload, not to process.
How much does it cost to transcribe our weekly meetings?
One 150-minute meeting a week adds up to about 600 minutes a month. The $12 pack holds 2,000 minutes, which covers that for more than three months. A single long meeting fits inside the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
How big is a three-hour Zoom recording, and will it upload?
A three-hour Zoom audio file in M4A is usually under 200 MB, while the MP4 video can be well over 1 GB. Files up to 2 GB upload before the first pack, and up to 5 GB or 10 hours per file after one.
Should I split a meeting that ran over its time?
Only if it passed 10 hours, which few meetings do. Anything shorter goes up as one file and comes back with chapters for each agenda item.
Do meetings in Hebrew work, and what about mixed Hebrew and English?
Hebrew is detected automatically, along with English and the rest of 99 languages. A meeting that switches is transcribed on its main language, so check any long stretch held in the other one.
What do we get back, and is the meeting kept private?
A brief, chapters, the names, numbers and dates said, and a chat over the transcript, plus TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, so nothing from the meeting goes to an outside AI service.
