Transcribe a full training day from the morning session to the wrap-up.
A training day in Israel often runs six to eight hours and gets recorded as a single file, from the first module to the closing questions. That file goes up whole, an 8-hour day comes back in about 16 minutes with chapters following each module, and its 480 minutes fit inside a $6 pack of 500 minutes after the first 20 minutes free.
What a recorded day becomes
Eight hours of instruction, organised the way the agenda was.
No cutting the day into pieces
A single file can run 10 hours or reach 5 GB, so the camera file or laptop recording from a whole day goes up as it is. A long screen recording in MP4 often passes 2 GB; before your first pack a file that size waits for the pack, and the larger ones continue on the upload page.
Chapters that match the modules
Chapters are cut where the subject changes, each with a timestamp, so the safety module, the systems walkthrough and the afternoon case study become separate places you can jump to. Someone who missed the day can read the chapter they need instead of scrubbing through the video.
Ready before the room is cleared
At about 2 minutes per audio hour, eight hours of training takes roughly 16 minutes. Our public proof page shows a 9.31-hour file finishing in 1,033 seconds. Upload it at the end of the day and the transcript is there before the trainer has packed up.
From transcript to course material
The brief lists the main points of the day and its takeaways, and the names, figures and dates said aloud are pulled out on their own. Use the chat to ask what was said about a procedure, then build a handout, a quiz or a reference sheet for the next group from the text.
Why a day-long recording is hard to use
Most tools were built for a one-hour meeting, not a whole day.
✗ The day as a raw video
A full day ends up as one large file that nobody has time to watch again.
- Upload caps that stop at one or two hours
- Splitting the file into six parts by hand
- Notes from one participant, missing half the day
- No way to find the module you need
- Questions from the floor lost in the audio
- A monthly plan bought for a single event
✓ The day as a document
One upload returns the whole day as text with a map of its parts.
- The whole day in one file up to 10 hours
- About 16 minutes for eight hours
- Chapters with timestamps per module
- Trainer named in the summary and quotes
- A DOCX handout and SRT captions from one run
- The first 20 minutes free to check it
Sample
Three modules from one training day.
This sample is illustrative and written for this page, shown in English. It is not from a real course; timestamps run from the start of a single eight-hour file.

FAQ
Recording a training day in Israel, answered.
How long does an 8-hour training day take to transcribe?
About 16 minutes, since processing runs at around 2 minutes per hour of audio. A six-hour day takes about 12 minutes. You can leave the page; the finished transcript is kept in your Library.
What does a full training day cost?
Eight hours is 480 minutes, which fits inside the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A first-time visitor sees the first 20 minutes free, and the pack transcribes the rest from where that preview ended. There is no subscription, and unused minutes never expire.
The video of the day is over 2 GB. What happens?
Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB. A larger file starts once a pack is on the account, and after that each file can be up to 5 GB or 10 hours. If you only need the words, exporting the audio track first makes the upload much smaller.
What if the day ran longer than 10 hours?
Split it into two files at a break, such as lunch, and upload both. Each half comes back with its own chapters and timestamps.
Which languages can a training day be in?
Any of 99 languages, detected automatically, with Hebrew and English among them. A day that switches language is transcribed on its main language, so sessions given wholly in a second language are best uploaded as their own file.
Can I share the transcript, and where is the recording kept?
Download it as DOCX for a handout or as SRT and VTT to caption the training video. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, a fact worth putting in the course notes for participants.
