Transcribe conference sessions the whole programme, not one talk at a time.
After a multi-day conference in Israel you are left with one recording per session, often dozens of them sitting in a Google Drive folder. Paste the folder's share link and each session is transcribed as its own document at about 2 minutes per audio hour, the first 20 minutes are free, and a three-day programme of 24 fifty-minute sessions (1,200 minutes) fits a $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
A programme, transcribed
Every session in the folder, turned into text you can publish.
Send the folder, not 24 uploads
Set the Google Drive folder to anyone with the link, paste that link, and the recordings inside are picked up together. Each session keeps its own file name, so the keynote and the afternoon panels stay easy to tell apart in your Library.
Panels with many voices
A panel of four plus a moderator is the hardest kind of conference audio. Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so you can find what each panellist argued without replaying the whole hour.
The arithmetic for three days
Eight sessions a day for three days at 50 minutes each come to 1,200 minutes. The $12 pack holds 2,000 minutes, leaving 800 for the workshops or the next edition. A single keynote on its own fits inside the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
From sessions to proceedings
Each session returns a brief with its thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps and the questions the talk answered. Edit those into a post-event report, pull quotes for the newsletter, or caption the session videos with the SRT file before they go online.
Where conference recordings usually end up
The talks were recorded. Then nobody had time to do anything with them.
✗ A folder nobody opens
Session videos sit in storage because turning them into text one by one takes too long.
- Dozens of files downloaded and uploaded one at a time
- Long sessions rejected by size limits
- Panel discussions reduced to one note-taker's summary
- Captions never added to the published videos
- Quotes for the report found by scrubbing video
- A per-seat plan for a one-week job
✓ A programme in text
One folder link, and each session returns as its own searchable document.
- The Drive folder link brings every session
- A 50-minute talk processed in under 2 minutes
- Panellists named in the summary and quotes
- Chapters with timestamps for every session
- SRT and VTT ready for the videos
- One-time packs from $6

FAQ
Conference recordings in Israel, answered.
How fast is a whole conference transcribed?
Each session takes about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 50-minute talk is ready in under 2 minutes. A three-day programme with 20 hours of sessions works through in well under an hour of processing.
How much does a three-day programme cost?
Twenty-four sessions of 50 minutes total 1,200 minutes, which the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers. A larger event with more than 2,000 minutes of sessions fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which also includes API access.
Are there limits on the size of each session file?
A session file may run to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB per file, and a larger session video starts once a pack is on the account.
We recorded a full day as one file. Do we need to split it?
No, a day under 10 hours goes up as one file and chapters mark where each session begins. Splitting by session is still useful if each talk will be published on its own page.
Some sessions were in Hebrew and some in English. Is that a problem?
No. Language is detected for each recording, and Hebrew and English are both among the 99 supported. A single session that switches language is transcribed on its main language.
Which exports do we get, and how is speaker content protected?
You get TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON out of one run. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, which you can pass on to speakers who ask before their talk is published.
