Transcribe long Zoom and Teams meetings in South Korea from the recording, after the call ends.
A two- or three-hour Zoom or Teams meeting recorded in South Korea comes back here in about 4 to 6 minutes, with Korean detected automatically. You upload the recording file after the meeting, so no bot ever joins the call, the first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest of a three-hour meeting with room for more.
After the meeting ends
A long meeting, read in the time it takes to scroll the brief.
Nothing joins the call
This works on the file that Zoom or Teams saves when the meeting ends. Nobody has to admit an assistant, explain a stranger in the participant list or remember to start a bot. Download the recording, drop it here and the meeting room never knows.
Getting the file out
From a Zoom recording, the MP4 or the audio-only M4A both work, and the M4A is much smaller. A Teams recording is downloaded from where your organisation stores it, then uploaded here, since Teams links cannot be fetched directly. upload page
Who agreed to what
Attendees are identified and named in the summary, the key quotes and the chapters. The brief pulls out the decisions, the figures and the dates that were said, which is usually what the person writing the follow-up email needs first.
Three hours, roughly six minutes
Processing runs at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 2-hour weekly review is back in about four minutes and a 3-hour planning session in about six. Close the tab if you like; the transcript waits in your Library.
Why long meeting notes slip
The longer the meeting, the less of it reaches the minutes.
✗ Notes taken while talking
Someone types while also trying to take part, and the second hour gets thin.
- A notetaker who also has to speak
- Built-in captions that stop at a time limit
- A bot nobody in the meeting agreed to
- Action items remembered differently by each team
- Figures quoted from memory in the follow-up
- Replaying a 3-hour video to find one decision
✓ The whole meeting, after the fact
One upload gives everyone the same record of what was said.
- The recording file, no extra participant
- A 3-hour meeting in roughly 6 minutes
- Decisions and dates pulled into the brief
- Chapters to jump to each agenda item
- A chat to ask what was agreed on the budget
- DOCX for the minutes, TXT for the wiki

FAQ
Long meeting recordings, the questions people ask.
How long does a 3-hour meeting take to transcribe?
About 6 minutes, since processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 2-hour meeting is about 4 minutes. Larger video files can spend a little longer uploading than processing, which is one reason to send the audio-only file when you have it.
What does a month of long meetings cost?
Say you hold a 2.5-hour meeting every week: four of them is 600 minutes, which is past the 500 in the $6 pack, so the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes fits a month and leaves change. A single 3-hour meeting uses 180 minutes of a $6 pack. A team that records every week can also look at the $19 monthly Workspace.
Is a long Zoom or Teams video file too big to upload?
Usually not. One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and before a pack is on the account uploads up to 2 GB go through. A Zoom audio-only M4A for a three-hour call is far below that; a high-resolution video of the same call may be larger, and anything over 2 GB starts once a pack is bought.
Do I need to cut the meeting into parts?
No. A meeting up to 10 hours goes in as one file and comes back as one transcript with one set of timestamps. Only a recording longer than 10 hours needs to be sent as two files.
Will it transcribe a meeting held in Korean?
Yes. Korean is detected automatically, along with 98 other languages, so there is no language setting to choose. When a meeting moves between Korean and English, it is transcribed on its main language, so read back the stretches spoken in the other one.
Can I export the minutes, and who can see the recording?
Download TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON; DOCX is the usual start for formal minutes. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and the meeting can be deleted along with its transcript whenever you choose.
