Use the RSS address
Every show that podcast apps can list, Castbox included, is published through an RSS feed. Shows created on Castbox usually show their feed address in the creator settings; shows hosted elsewhere and listed on Castbox use their host's feed. Paste that address here and pick the episode, and the audio is fetched for you.
Or upload the master
If you kept the edited episode before publishing it, upload that file: MP3, M4A and WAV all work. A 2-hour MP3 at 128 kbps is about 115 MB, inside the 500 MB box here; a WAV master of the same length is about 1.3 GB at CD quality, which continues on the main upload page and still sits under 2 GB.

How long does a 2-hour Castbox episode take?
About 4 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 5-hour special takes around 10.
Do I sign in to Castbox through WhipScribe?
No. There is no Castbox integration and no login. The public RSS feed or a file you upload is all that is used, and your Castbox account stays untouched.
What if I only have the Castbox page, not the feed?
Look in your show's creator settings for the RSS address, or, if the show is hosted elsewhere, in that host's dashboard. Uploading the episode file is the fallback when no feed is to hand.
What does a season cost?
The opening minutes are a free preview. One 2-hour episode is 120 minutes on the $4 pack of 300; twelve monthly episodes (1,440 minutes) use the $18 pack of 3,000; twenty-six weekly episodes (3,120 minutes) use the $32 pack of 6,000. No subscription.

Which exports, and is the audio kept private?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON from one pass. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and each episode can be deleted at any time.
