Shows on Podbean publish an RSS feed, and pasting it here lets you pick an episode without a download. A live session that was saved and published as an episode is reachable the same way. If you kept the file yourself, upload the MP3 directly; check the export settings for anything that is not yet published.
How big a live show is
A spoken-word MP3 at 64 kbps mono is 64,000 bits a second, about 28.8 MB an hour, so 3 hours is roughly 86 MB. At 128 kbps it doubles to about 173 MB. Both are far under the 2 GB that uploads before a pack and the 5 GB or 10-hour file limit, which is why a linked or uploaded MP3 is the quick route.
