Clubhouse replays exist only when the room was recorded, and a download is possible only where the host's settings allow it. Use your own rooms or ones you have permission for. Check the format of the saved file; if the upload refuses the file, convert it to MP3 first.
Rooms that run on and on
Rooms often run two or three hours with people joining the stage in turns. One upload holds up to 10 hours, so even a marathon room stays in one transcript instead of pieces. Audio-only replays stay small: at 128 kbps, two hours is about 115 MB.

How long does a 2-hour room take to transcribe?

What does it cost to transcribe our rooms?
The first 20 minutes are free on your first visit; a longer room is previewed, and a pack transcribes the rest from where the preview ended. One 2-hour room uses 120 minutes of the $6 pack of 500. Two months of twice-weekly rooms, about 1,920 minutes, belong on the $12 pack.
Can I transcribe a room I only listened to?
Only if you have the right to use it, such as a room you hosted or one whose host agreed. WhipScribe has no link to Clubhouse and no bot in rooms; it works on a file you upload afterwards.
How large can the file be, and what about very long rooms?
A file can hold up to 5 GB or 10 hours. Audio-only replays are small, so the 10-hour limit is the one that matters. A room longer than that goes in as two files.
Which languages does it understand?
99 languages, detected automatically. A room that moves between languages is detected on its main language and the switches are handled.
What do I get back, and is my audio kept for training?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON files, along with the brief, chapters and chat. Room replays are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
