Transcribe a mastermind call and give every member their part.
A mastermind call runs two or three hours, with each member taking a turn, and afterwards everyone wants their own part. Upload the recording of the mastermind call and 2.5 hours comes back in about five minutes, with each hot seat in its own chapter.
Why group calls are hard to revisit
Eight people, eight hot seats, one long recording.
Every hot seat in a chapter
Chapters with timestamps follow the turns the group took. A member who wants their twenty minutes opens their chapter, instead of hunting through two and a half hours of video.
Advice attributed by name
Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so the advice a member got is credited to the member who gave it.
Commitments to check next week
Masterminds work on accountability. The brief lists the names, numbers and dates said, such as a launch date or a revenue target, so next week's call can start by checking them.
A season of calls together
Twelve weekly calls of 2.5 hours come to 1,800 minutes, one $12 pack. A group that meets every week may prefer Workspace at $19 a month, with a shared Library searchable across calls.
After the call
Great advice on the call, and nobody can find it a week later.
✗ The recording alone
Posted to the group, watched by almost nobody. Members who missed the call never catch up, and the ones who attended cannot find their own turn.
- A long video with no index
- Members scrubbing for their own turn
- Advice remembered without who gave it
- Commitments made aloud, then forgotten
- Notes depending on a volunteer
- Calls that exceed short-file limits
✓ The recording plus the transcript
Something each member will actually use. Each person reads their own chapter in a few minutes and comes to the next call with the advice in hand.
- A chapter for every hot seat
- Advice credited in the summary and quotes
- Targets and dates listed in the brief
- Search across the whole season of calls
- A DOCX to post in the group
- Back in about five minutes

FAQ
Mastermind call recordings, answered.
How long does a 2.5-hour mastermind call take?
About five minutes after the upload, based on roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. Members can have the chapters the same evening.
What does a season of calls cost?
One 2.5-hour call is 150 minutes, covered by the $6 pack of 500. Twelve weekly calls are 1,800 minutes, which belongs on the $12 pack of 2,000. A first visit transcribes the first 20 minutes free, and the pack picks up from where that preview ended.
Is a long Zoom recording too big?
A file can be up to 5 GB and 10 hours. Before a pack, an upload is limited to 2 GB, and a larger file starts once a pack is on the account.
Can I split the recording by member before uploading?
You can, but you do not need to. Upload the whole call and the chapters divide it by turn, with one timeline for the whole session. Only a call longer than 10 hours, such as an all-day in-person retreat, has to be saved as two files.
Our members join from several countries. Does that matter?
Ninety-nine languages are detected automatically, so a group that switches language is still one upload.
What formats can I share, and is what members disclose kept private?
Every call exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, and a DOCX posts neatly in a group forum. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, which matters when members talk openly about revenue and clients.
