Transcribe Samsung Notes voice recordings long meetings and lectures from your Galaxy.
A voice recording attached to a note in Samsung Notes can be saved as an audio file and uploaded here, and a 100-minute meeting comes back as text in under 4 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and five 100-minute recordings fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes exactly.
From the note to the transcript
The note holds your bullet points; the transcript holds everything else that was said.
Saving the recording as a file
Samsung Notes attaches voice recordings to the note itself. Open the note and look in its menu for an option to save or share the voice recording as a file; menus differ between One UI versions, so check what yours offers. Save it to your phone storage or Google Drive, then upload it on upload page.
Five recordings, one pack
A 100-minute meeting is the length we see most often among paying uploads. Five of them make exactly 500 minutes, the whole $6 pack. A sixth would start a second pack, or the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes holds twenty.
Nothing inside Samsung Notes
WhipScribe has no link to Samsung Notes and no access to your Galaxy account. You save the recording yourself and upload it; the text comes back once the file has been processed.
Names on the decisions
The summary, key quotes and chapters name the people speaking, so you can see who agreed to which action. Names, numbers and dates said in the meeting are listed together at the top. When the minutes are due, the DOCX export is a starting draft: trim the chatter, keep the decisions, and send it round the same afternoon instead of a week later.

FAQ
Samsung Notes recordings, the common questions.
How long does a 100-minute recording take?
Under 4 minutes, since processing is about 2 minutes per audio hour. A recording of 2.48 hours on the proof page needed 200 seconds.
What does a 100-minute recording cost?
Your first visit includes the first 20 minutes free; a longer recording is previewed, then a pack from $6 transcribes the rest from that point. Each 100-minute recording uses a fifth of the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
Can I record a meeting or a call on my Galaxy?
Only with the consent the law where you are requires from the people being recorded. WhipScribe does not join calls; it transcribes the recording you upload afterwards.
The recording is very long. How long can one file be?
Each file may run to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first. A file under 2 GB uploads before any pack is bought, which covers almost any phone voice recording.
Does it work for a meeting in Korean or Tagalog?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, and a meeting that switches between English and Tagalog is handled within one recording.
Which formats come back, and is the audio private?
For the minutes, pick DOCX; TXT, SRT, VTT and JSON are there too. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and a file you delete is gone with its text.
