Getting the recording out
When an admin records a group voice chat, Telegram usually delivers the finished recording to that admin's Saved Messages. A voice message is usually an OGG file. On a computer, open the message in Telegram Desktop and save the file, or use the chat export option to collect several at once. WhipScribe has no bot in Telegram and never joins a voice chat.

Recording a voice chat needs the consent the law where you and the other members are requires. Telegram shows a recording indicator, but say it out loud at the start as well, so the agreement is in the recording.

Upload them one by one if each stands alone. For a long thread you want as one document, join them in an audio editor in order and upload the single file.
The group speaks Russian, Persian or Spanish. Does that work?
Yes, the group's language is detected automatically from 99. A chat that switches between two languages is detected on its main one, and the switches are handled.
Which exports are there, and is the chat kept private?
Telegram audio comes back as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and that holds for a private group chat too.
