For the call you need in writing

An interview, a family discussion or a long work call, turned into text you can search.

Get the recording first

The call has to be saved as a file before it can be transcribed. Most people use a screen recorder or a call recorder app on the phone, or record a desktop call on the computer. Record a short test call first and play it back to confirm both voices are on it.

Upload from where it saved

Open this page on the same phone and pick the file from the gallery or the folder your recorder app uses. A screen recording is a video file; that is fine, the speech is taken from its audio. Before the first pack, uploads can be up to 2 GB.

Two voices, kept apart

The summary and key quotes name each person on the call, with the minute they spoke, and list the dates, amounts and commitments that were mentioned. A two-hour conversation becomes something you can scan in a few minutes.

A long call, worked out

A 2-hour call is 120 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes finishes the call and leaves 380 minutes for later calls. Credits never expire.

Why long calls are hard to keep

A two-hour call is easy to record and hard to find anything in.

✗ A video you never rewatch

Recorded calls sit in a phone gallery as long videos, and finding one sentence means scrubbing through them on a small screen. When a date or an amount is questioned later, nobody wants to sit through the whole call again.

  • Hour-long videos filling the phone
  • No way to search what was said
  • Notes written after the call, from memory
  • Mixed Filipino and English hard to type
  • Apps that cap length or file size
  • Details argued over later

✓ The call as text

Upload the file once and read, search or ask questions about the call. The agreed points can be copied into a message so both sides have the same written version.

  • A two-hour call readable in about 4 minutes
  • Both voices named in the summary
  • Dates and amounts pulled out
  • Timestamps back into the recording
  • Taglish kept as it was spoken
  • DOCX or TXT to keep or share

This sample is illustrative and was written for this page; it is not a real call. Caller and recipient stand in for the names the summary would use.

FAQ

Messenger and Viber calls, the common questions.

How long does a recorded call take to transcribe?

About 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 2-hour call takes around 4 minutes and a 45-minute call under 2. You can lock the phone; the transcript waits in your Library.

Do Messenger or Viber save my calls?

Do not count on it. In most cases the app keeps no recording you can upload, so the file has to come from a screen recorder, a call recorder app or a second device. Tell the other person you are recording.

What does a 2-hour call cost?

120 minutes. The first 20 are free for a first-time visitor, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest with 380 minutes left over. Prices are in US dollars, paid by card, with no subscription.

The screen recording is a big video. Will it upload?

Up to 2 GB uploads before your first pack, and up to 5 GB or 10 hours per file after one. If a long screen recording is larger than that, save just the audio with a recorder app next time; the file is far smaller.

Does it work for Filipino and Taglish calls?

Yes. The main language is detected automatically, and English and Tagalog switches in one call are handled. Calls in Bisaya, Waray or another regional language are supported as a fast first draft; plan one review pass.

Is the call kept private, and what can I download?

Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete the call and its transcript at any time. The downloads are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, so a call can be kept as a document or as captions for the video.
