Transcribe NLE review lectures and replay any rationale in seconds.
A 6-hour review day for the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) is transcribed in about 12 minutes, with a chapter per topic and the drug names, values and terms said aloud listed with timestamps. That day uses 360 of the 500 minutes in the $6 pack, and the first 20 minutes are free.
For NLE reviewees
A review day is six hours of terms and rationales. As text, you can return to the rationale instead of only the answer.
Chapters for each topic block
When the reviewer moves from one area to the next, or from lecture to a set of practice items, a chapter marks it with a title and a time.
Drug names and values in one list
Names, numbers and dates said aloud are collected with timestamps: drug names, normal values, intervals. Replay the explanation rather than trusting a hurried note.
Rationales you can ask about
The chat over the transcript finds where the reviewer explained why one answer beats another, and the questions the session answers are listed for self-testing.
All review days in one place
A Drive folder with the program's recordings goes in as a single link, and one heavy video can go through the upload page.
Why replaying eats the day
A rationale heard once at hour five is gone by the next morning unless it is written down word for word.
✗ Reviewing from the recording
A review day is recorded whole, often on a phone or as a screen capture, and finding one explanation means scrubbing through hours of it.
- Rationales half-copied at the reviewer's speed
- Drug names spelled from memory
- Six hours of replay for one practice item
- English terms garbled by tools set to one language
- No map of the topics each day went through
- Long review videos refused by small upload limits
✓ The same day here
A searchable text with the day already divided into topics.
- Chapters for each topic and practice set
- Drug names and values listed with timestamps
- Rationales findable through the chat
- A brief of the day's takeaways
- One 6-hour day on the $6 pack, 140 minutes left
- DOCX to fold into your reviewer notes

FAQ
NLE review lectures, answered.
How long does a 6-hour review day take?
About 12 minutes, given roughly 2 minutes of processing per hour of audio. A 2-hour evening session is back in around 4.
What does a month of review days cost?
One 6-hour day is 360 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500. Four Saturdays of 6 hours, 1,440 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000 with 560 to spare. Thirteen review days across a season, 4,680 minutes, fit the $24 pack of 5,000.
Is a full review day too big to upload?
One file can run 10 hours or 5 GB, so the day stays in one piece. A screen capture at 1.5 Mbps is 1,500,000 × 3,600 ÷ 8, about 675 MB an hour, so six hours is roughly 4 GB: inside the 5 GB limit, but over the 2 GB allowed before a first pack, so it starts once a pack is on the account. If the upload refuses the file, convert it to MP3 first.
Is this meant for patient care?
No. It is for review lectures and training only; it is not a medical device, and the transcript is a study aid. Transcribe the review recordings you are allowed to download and keep.
Does it follow English terms inside Tagalog explanations?
Yes. English and Tagalog are detected automatically, and Taglish explanations within one lecture are handled. A reviewer who explains in Cebuano or Bikol is supported too, though those parts are a fast first draft that needs one review pass.
Which exports are there, and is a review day kept private?
A review day exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
