Transcribe a Tagalog church service and share the preaching with the kababayan who worked the Sunday shift.
A 2-hour Tagalog or Taglish church service recorded in Canada comes back as text in about 4 minutes, with Tagalog detected automatically and the English in the preaching handled. Four Sundays, 480 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 after the first 20 minutes free.
For the media ministry
Half the congregation works weekend shifts. A transcript lets them catch the message on the bus.
Taglish, the way it is preached
Pastors move between Tagalog and English in the same sentence. The service is detected on its main language and the English is handled, so the text reads like the sermon sounded. Read the transcript once for names and places from home provinces, which are the words most worth checking.
A devotional from Sunday
The brief gives the message's thesis and takeaways, ready to become a short devotional for the group chat or the bulletin.
Verses and announcements listed
Bible references, the date of the fellowship night and the names of guest speakers are listed with timestamps.
A season of special services
Nine evening services of an hour each come to 540 minutes, just over the $6 pack, so a novena-style series goes on the $12 pack of 2,000. Long videos go through the upload page.
Why the message gets lost
The sermon is streamed live, then nobody has two hours to rewatch it.
✗ The usual Sunday
The replay sits on the page, and members on shift catch only the first ten minutes. Volunteers on the media team spend Sunday night typing a devotional from memory, and the verses quoted in the sermon are hard to find again. Members back home in the Philippines who follow the stream have no text to share with family.
- No text of the preaching
- Taglish that English-only tools garble
- Devotionals written from memory
- Bible verses hard to find in the video
- Captions skipped on the replay
- Large files from the camera
✓ With the transcript
Sunday's preaching is text by the afternoon, with chapters and a brief. Members read the message during a break at work, the devotional is drafted from the brief, and the replay carries captions for anyone watching without sound. Family abroad can be sent the sermon text alongside the video.
- About 4 minutes per 2-hour service
- Tagalog and English in one text
- Preacher named in the summary
- Verses and dates listed
- SRT captions for the replay
- A month of Sundays on $6

FAQ
Tagalog church services, answered.
How long does a 2-hour Tagalog service take?
About 4 minutes. A 90-minute service takes about 3, at roughly 2 minutes of processing per hour of audio. Upload after the last song and the text is ready before the potluck is over.
What does a month or a year of services cost?
Four 2-hour Sundays are 480 minutes on the $6 pack of 500. Thirteen, a quarter, come to 1,560 minutes on the $12 pack of 2,000, and forty, 4,800 minutes, fit the $24 pack of 5,000.
The service was livestreamed on Facebook. Can I paste that link?
Links that work without an upload are YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Vimeo, Google Drive and podcast feeds. For a Facebook stream, download the video first and upload the file, or post the replay to YouTube and paste that link.
Will the camera file upload?
One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before a first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB, so a bigger file starts once a pack is on the account.
Are the praise and worship songs transcribed?
No. Music is not transcribed; prayers, testimonies, the preaching and the announcements are. Testimonies given in a mix of Tagalog and English come through as spoken.
Is the recording kept private?
Yes. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Downloads are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
