Transcribe a DepEd or CHED training and keep notes from every session.
A half-day DepEd or CHED training webinar in Taglish runs about 4 hours, and here it comes back as text in about 8 minutes, with the first 20 minutes free. Paste the YouTube or Google Drive link or upload the recording; the $6 pack (500 minutes) transcribes the rest and leaves time for the next training.
What a training recording becomes
Every talk of the morning, kept in order and easy to find again.
Made for the long webinar
Teacher trainings, INSET days and CHED webinars stack several speakers into one recording that runs half a day or more. One file can hold up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so the whole morning stays together instead of being cut into parts. The open forum at the end, where the most practical questions usually come up, is in the same file as the talks that led to it.
Notes you can build a report on
If your school or office asks for a written report or reflection after a training, start from the brief: the main points of each talk, the takeaways, and the dates, memo numbers and deadlines that were read out. The wording and the opinions stay yours.
Each speaker's part, findable
Chapters with timestamps mark where each resource speaker starts, and the speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Skip the opening program and go straight to the session you need.
Wherever the recording lives
Webinars streamed on YouTube go in as a link, and a Google Meet recording saved to Drive can be shared as a Drive link. A Zoom or Facebook Live recording is downloaded first and then uploaded on upload page.
After the webinar
Four hours of talks, and a report due by the end of the week.
✗ Notes from memory
Most attendees take notes on a phone between slides, and the recording sits unwatched in a group chat. Webinar audio adds its own problems: a speaker's connection drops, slides are read too fast to copy, and the chat moves faster than anyone can follow.
- Notes that miss the second half
- Replaying a 4-hour stream for one slide
- Auto-captions that drop the Tagalog
- A memo number nobody wrote down
- Free tools that stop well before the end
- Nothing to search when the report is due
✓ The training, as text
The full session comes back on one timeline with a brief to write from.
- Roughly 8 minutes for a 4-hour webinar
- Tagalog/Filipino and English together
- Chapters for each resource speaker
- Dates and deadlines pulled out
- DOCX ready to edit
- $6 pack (500 minutes), no subscription

FAQ
Training webinar recordings: questions teachers ask.
How long does a half-day webinar take to transcribe?
Expect about 8 minutes for 4 hours. A full-day training of 7 hours takes around 14, and you can leave the page while it runs.
What does a three-day training cost?
Three days at 6 hours each is 18 hours, or 1,080 minutes. After the first 20 minutes free, the $12 pack (2,000 minutes) covers the rest with room for the next training. A single half-day session fits the $6 pack (500 minutes).
Can I paste a YouTube or Facebook link?
YouTube links, including live replays, and Google Drive links work with nothing to upload. Facebook Live and Zoom recordings have to be downloaded first and then uploaded as a file. A recording a colleague already downloaded can be shared to you through Google Drive and pasted from there.
Is there a size limit, and do I need to split a full day?
No split is needed up to 10 hours or 5 GB per file. Before the first pack, files up to 2 GB upload, and a larger video starts once a pack is on the account. A three-day training goes in as three files, one per day. A webinar saved as audio only is far smaller than the video and uploads faster on a slow connection.
Will it understand Taglish, and what about Bisaya or Ilocano talks?
Tagalog/Filipino and English are detected automatically, and the switches between them are kept. Talks given in Cebuano, Ilocano, Hiligaynon or another regional language are supported with lower accuracy than the major languages, so read them as a fast first draft and plan a review pass.
What can I download, and who can see the training recording?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, all produced by a single run. Training recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training any model. A division or school office that records trainings every week can use the $19/month Workspace instead of packs.
