Transcribe a Vietnamese podcast and let listeners search what was said.
A 90-minute Vietnamese podcast episode recorded in the United States is transcribed in about 3 minutes, from the file, a YouTube link or the RSS feed, with Vietnamese detected automatically. Four episodes a month are 360 minutes on the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and a 50-episode archive of 90 minutes each, 4,500 minutes, fits the $24 pack of 5,000.
For independent hosts
Your audience lives in two languages. Your episodes deserve text in the one they were recorded in.
A page for every episode
The brief gives the episode's argument and takeaways and the questions it answers; paste it with the chapter timestamps and the episode page is done. The full Vietnamese text can also sit below the player for listeners who prefer to read.
Watchable without sound
SRT and VTT add Vietnamese captions to the video version. Background music and intro jingles stay out of the text; the conversation goes in.
Find any story again
Months later, ask the chat which guest talked about opening a family restaurant in the nineties, and it answers from the transcripts with timestamps for a clip.
Raw sessions welcome
Upload the unedited two-track session or the final master; the box takes 500 MB and longer files continue on the upload page.
Why episodes go quiet
Hours of stories in Vietnamese, and nothing written down that anyone can find.

- English-first tools that miss Vietnamese
- Guest quotes impossible to locate
- An archive that grows but cannot be searched

- Packs that never expire

FAQ
Vietnamese podcasts, answered.
How long does a Vietnamese episode take?
A 90-minute episode takes about 3 minutes and a 2-hour one about 4; the rate is about 2 minutes per hour of audio. A long live session replayed from YouTube is pasted as a link, so there is no upload wait either.
What do a month and a back catalogue cost?
Four 90-minute episodes, 360 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Twenty of them, 1,800 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes, and a 50-episode archive, 4,500 minutes, fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes. There is no subscription and credits never expire.
Does the transcript keep Vietnamese diacritics?
The transcript is written in Vietnamese as recognised, as in the sample lines above, and the English words hosts drop in are kept as English. Read the names of guests and places once before publishing, as you would any transcript.
Which links can I paste?
RSS feeds, YouTube links including live replays, Vimeo and Google Drive share links. For another platform, download the episode and upload the file.
Is there a file size limit?
A single file can be as long as 10 hours or as large as 5 GB. Before a first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; a 90-minute MP3 at 128 kbps is about 86 MB, nowhere near it.
What do I download, and who hears my audio?
You get TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON files. Episodes and raw sessions are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
