What it is

FastPitch is NVIDIA's parallel-TTS architecture that adds explicit F0 (pitch) prediction to FastSpeech, enabling fine-grained prosody control. BSD-licensed reference implementation in NVIDIA's DeepLearningExamples repo. Consent posture: synthetic-only.

Best for: TTS pipelines where explicit pitch / prosody control matters — singing, dubbing prep.
Watch out for: Older architecture; English checkpoint only in the public release.
