Google Drive transcription integration

For anyone whose recordings land in a shared Drive folder before anyone touches them. The job: transcribe every new file in a folder without a human opening it.

The one thing that breaks this

A Drive share link is not a media URL. Either connect Drive to Whipscribe with OAuth so we fetch the file directly, or resolve the file to a download URL your automation can hand us.

Retry safety. Drive's push channel expires and must be renewed; the OAuth connector avoids owning that lifecycle.

Collecting results. Self-serve keys are Pro tier, and Pro collects results by polling — webhook_url on a Pro key returns 403 TIER_FORBIDDEN. Signed callbacks are an Enterprise feature.
