What matters when transcribing agent-run Google Drive recordings?
Twenty links per call
transcribe_urls_batch takes up to 20 links in one call and returns a result for each, with the transcript text when it is done. A link that fails, such as one that is not shared, comes back as failed without stopping the others, and the agent can make further calls for a longer list.
Public links only
The agent fetches what anyone with the link can open; it cannot read a private Drive. Share each file as 'Anyone with the link', or import private files through Library → Add content → Google Drive and ask the Library instead.

With the transcripts in the conversation, ask the agent to summarise each interview, set out where two recordings disagree, or collect every mention of a topic across the set. The transcription and the reasoning happen in one place.
Private files: Ask this folder

Can Claude transcribe files from my Google Drive?
Public ones, yes: with the WhipScribe MCP connector, Claude can pass Drive links shared as 'Anyone with the link' to transcribe_url or transcribe_urls_batch. It cannot open private files; import those through Library → Add content → Google Drive.
How many Drive links can the agent send at once?
Up to 20 per transcribe_urls_batch call. A failed link does not abort the rest of the batch, and the agent can make more calls for a longer list.
