Transcribe a gaming stream and find the moments.
A gaming stream is hours of commentary with a few minutes everyone wants to find again. Paste the Twitch, Kick or YouTube VOD link, or upload the OBS recording, and the session comes back as one transcript, up to 10 hours, with chapters and quotes that point at the moments. VODs over 6 hours start once a pack is on the account.
For long play sessions
Find the clutch round without rewatching the run.
Link or local file
If the stream lives on Twitch, Kick or YouTube, paste the VOD link. If you recorded locally in OBS, upload the MP4 up to 5 GB; the box takes up to 500 MB and larger recordings continue on the upload page. An MKV is easiest after OBS remuxes it to MP4.
Chapters as a highlight list
Commentary changes when the game does: a new map, a boss, a ranked loss. Chapters with timestamps follow those turns, and key quotes pick out the lines worth clipping.
The rule for long VODs
A VOD longer than 6 hours starts once a pack is on your account. A six-hour session is 360 minutes and fits the $6 pack with 140 to spare, so one pack usually covers a long stream.
Game audio stays out of the way
Speech is transcribed and the game's music and effects are not written out as words. A quiet stretch of play just leaves a gap in the timestamps.
The highlights problem
Six hours of play, and you need two minutes of it.
✗ Clipping by memory
You remember something funny happened in hour four. That is the whole index.
- Scrubbing hours of gameplay footage
- A clip list typed while playing
- Chat moments nobody wrote down
- Upload tools that choke on a 4 GB MKV
- Captions made one clip at a time
- Callouts and names written down wrong
✓ Clipping from the transcript
Search the text for the word you shouted, then jump to that second.
- One searchable transcript per session
- Chapters at each change in the game
- Key quotes with their timestamps
- Text search across every stream
- SRT and VTT for the clip editor
- A brief for the video description
Sample output
Six hours of commentary, with the moments pinned.
Made-up example, not taken from any channel. Times count from the start of the VOD or file, so the clip editor can jump to the same second.

FAQ
Gaming streams, answered.
How long does a 6-hour gaming stream take?
Close to 12 minutes, at about 2 minutes per hour of audio. Silent stretches of play do not slow it down. An all-day 10-hour session finishes in about 20.
What does a week of streams cost?
Four 5-hour streams are 1,200 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A single 6-hour stream is 360 minutes on the $6 pack. Minutes never expire, so a slow month costs nothing.
Why does a long VOD start only with a pack?
A gaming VOD longer than 6 hours is a stream recording, and those begin once the account holds a pack. Shorter sessions preview the first 20 minutes free on a first visit, and a pack carries on from there.
What if my session ran longer than 10 hours?
Ten hours is the maximum per file. Split the recording at a natural break and send it as two files. Each half then has its own chapters, and Library search covers both.
Does it handle streams in other languages?
Yes. It detects 99 languages automatically, and game terms said in English inside a non-English stream are kept as said. Player names and callouts are written as heard, so a quick check before posting clips is worth it.
Which exports suit clip editing, and is my audio kept private?
SRT and VTT for editors, plus TXT, DOCX and JSON. The JSON export gives start and end times per segment if you script your clip cuts. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
