Transcribe a mediation recording and keep it private.
When you need to transcribe a mediation recording, privacy comes before speed, so start there: the file is transcribed on our own servers and never used for training. A session of up to 10 hours or 5 GB goes up as one file, six hours comes back in about 12 minutes, and the first 20 minutes are free.
Why mediation recordings fit here
A confidential session, handled like one.
Your audio stays with us, and only us
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. The audio is not passed to an outside AI service to be processed, and you can delete the recording and every transcript tied to it from your Library.
Joint session and caucuses together
A mediation day moves between the joint session and private caucus rooms, often across six hours or more. If the parties agreed to record and the recording ran continuously, it goes up as one file of up to 10 hours; separate caucus recordings simply go up as separate files.
Where the numbers moved
Settlement talks are a sequence of figures. The brief lists every amount and date said aloud, and the chapters mark when an offer or a counter was discussed, so you can trace how the gap narrowed across the day.
A long session on the smallest pack
Six hours is 360 minutes, which the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers. If the file is over 2 GB, buy the pack first and upload on the upload page; files up to 2 GB start before any purchase.
The day after the session
Reconstructing a mediation day, or reading it back.
✗ Relying on memory and notepads
A long mediation leaves each participant with a different version of what was offered, conceded and left open.
- Offers remembered at the wrong amount
- Conditions attached to an offer forgotten
- No record of which issues were settled
- Hours of audio nobody will replay
- Worries about where an upload ends up
- Notes from caucus rooms that never meet
✓ A private transcript to work from
The session comes back as timestamped text on servers we run ourselves, with the figures and open issues pulled into the brief.
- Every amount and date listed in the brief
- Chapters for the joint session and each caucus
- Open questions gathered in one place
- Processed on our own servers
- Never used to train a model
- Deleted from your Library on request
Sample output
The offer, the counter and the time each was said.
An invented excerpt for illustration only; it is not a real mediation. Times are measured from the moment the recording began.

FAQ
Mediation recordings, answered.
How long will a 6-hour mediation take to transcribe?
Around 12 minutes, at about 2 minutes for each hour of audio. A four-hour session is usually ready in about eight. Leave the page whenever you like; the transcript waits in your Library.
What will a 6-hour mediation recording cost?
It is 360 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers it, and the first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor. A practice recording several sessions a month may prefer the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. There is no subscription, and unused credits do not expire.
Is there a size limit for the session recording?
One file can be up to 5 GB and up to 10 hours. Until a pack is bought, uploads stop at 2 GB, and a larger file begins as soon as a pack is on the account. A recording saved as audio only is far smaller than video of the same length.
The mediation ran over 10 hours. What now?
Export it as two files, for example morning and evening, and upload both. Each half comes back with its own timeline. Recordings that already stopped and restarted between caucuses can go up exactly as they were saved.
Is the transcript a certified record of the mediation?
No. It is an AI transcript with timestamps for the parties to work from, not a certified transcript, not a substitute for a court reporter, and not legal advice. Whether a mediation may be recorded at all depends on what the parties agreed.
Who can access the recording, and what can I export?
Only your account can open it. The audio is processed on servers we run ourselves, never shared with an outside AI provider and never used for model training. Export DOCX, TXT, SRT, VTT or JSON, then delete the originals when the matter closes.
