How to transcribe a Hebrew and English meeting one file, or two if it splits.
If the meeting is mostly Hebrew with English terms, upload it as one file: Hebrew is detected automatically and the English inside it is handled, for files up to 10 hours or 5 GB at about 2 minutes per audio hour. If it falls into long stretches of each language, upload each stretch as its own file; a 90-minute meeting uses 90 of the 300 minutes in the $4 pack, and the opening minutes are a free preview.
Two languages at one table
Decide on one file or two before you upload, and the rest is automatic.
Mostly Hebrew, English words inside
This is the usual Israeli office meeting: Hebrew sentences full of product names, job titles and English shorthand. Upload it as it is. The transcript is written in Hebrew, with the English terms kept where they were said, so a search for a product name in the DOCX finds every mention.
Long stretches in each language
A call where the first hour is with the local team in Hebrew and the second with overseas colleagues in English reads best as two files. Detection settles on one main language per file, so cut at the changeover in any audio or video editor and upload both parts.
Right-to-left text in your documents
Hebrew lines with English words inside them mix two writing directions. Some plain-text editors show these lines in a confusing order; the DOCX export opened in a word processor set to right-to-left usually reads naturally. The box here takes up to 500 MB, and a bigger file continues on the main upload page.
Minutes for the record
The brief gives the decisions and takeaways, chapters split the meeting by topic with timestamps, and the names, numbers and dates said are listed. Speakers are identified and named in the summary and key quotes, which is usually what the minutes need. For a recurring meeting, one pack covers session after session until the minutes run out, and credits never expire.
Bilingual meetings
The wrong split costs more effort than the meeting itself.

FAQ
Hebrew and English meetings: the follow-up questions.
How do I transcribe a Hebrew and English meeting?
If Hebrew leads and English appears as terms, upload one file. If the meeting has long blocks in each language, upload each block separately. Hebrew is detected automatically; files go up to 10 hours or 5 GB.
Do I have to choose Hebrew before uploading?
No. There is no language setting. The main language is detected from 99, and the free preview of the opening minutes show you how your particular mix comes out.
What does a year of meetings cost?
A weekly one-hour meeting is 3,120 minutes a year, which fits the $32 pack of 6,000. A monthly 2-hour board meeting is 1,440 minutes a year, which fits the $18 pack of 3,000.
Does splitting the file cost more?
No. Minutes are counted on running time, so two 45-minute halves use the same 90 minutes as the whole meeting. Each half also gets its own brief and chapters, which can make the minutes easier to write.
Can I record a call with overseas colleagues?
Record with the consent of the participants that the law where you are requires. Then upload the recording; nothing joins the call live, and the work happens on the file afterwards.
Which exports come with it, and who hears the meeting?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Meetings are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training.
