Does it cope with regional accents?
Swedish is detected automatically whatever the region, and English words dropped into Swedish speech are handled. Strong dialect, overlapping talk or a noisy café make some passages harder, so read those against the timestamps; the first a free preview of the opening minutes show you how your recording comes out before you pay.
How do I bring the transcript into my analysis?

Can I record a video call interview?
Yes, as long as you have the consent the law where you and the interviewee are requires; ask on the recording itself so it is documented. No bot joins the call, you upload the file afterwards.
My interview is on an old cassette. Can I send it?
Digitise it first with a cassette player and a recorder or audio interface, then upload the MP3 or WAV. We do not digitise tapes; once the file exists it is handled like any other recording.
Where is the audio processed?
Interviews are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, which matters when participants were promised confidentiality. Keep the consent forms with the transcripts, and store both where your project plan says.
