Transcribe a 4-hour podcast episode straight from the feed.
A 4-hour podcast episode is 240 minutes and is transcribed in about 8 minutes; the published MP3 is usually 115 to 350 MB depending on bitrate, and you can paste the RSS or YouTube link instead of uploading it. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
Long-form audio, written down
A four-hour conversation is a lot to listen to and easy to read.
From the feed, the video or the file
Paste the show's RSS feed or the episode's YouTube link and the audio is pulled on our side; a Google Drive share link of the raw recording works the same way. A local master file goes in the box here up to 500 MB, or on the upload page for anything larger.
Episode notes, mostly done for you
Chapters land where the conversation changes subject, each with a timestamp you can paste into the episode description. The brief gives the thesis and the takeaways, and the people, books and numbers mentioned are listed for the links section.
Hosts and guests, named
Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so a pull quote comes with the right name attached. The intro music, stings and ad beds are left out of the text; the speech is what gets transcribed.
A back catalogue in packs
Twenty 4-hour episodes are 4,800 minutes, which fits the $32 pack of 6,000 with 1,200 to spare. A weekly show adds about 960 minutes a month, inside the $18 pack of 3,000.
Why long episodes get skipped
Four-hour episodes are the ones that never get show notes.
✗ By ear
Writing chapters for a long episode means listening to it again, and nobody has four spare hours a week.
- Relistening to find a timestamp
- Show notes that cover the first hour only
- Auto-captions with no punctuation
- Upload caps far below a long MP3
- Guest quotes rebuilt from a vague memory
- Old episodes nobody can search
✓ From the link
Paste the feed, and the episode returns as a document with its chapters.
- About 8 minutes for the episode
- Chapter times to paste under the episode
- Quotes with the speaker's name
- Books, names and figures listed
- SRT for the YouTube upload
- A searchable archive, episode by episode

FAQ
4-hour podcast episodes, answered.
How long does a 4-hour podcast take to transcribe?
Roughly 8 minutes for the 240 minutes. If you paste a link, add a little time for the fetch; a long RSS enclosure or YouTube video is pulled on our side, so your upload speed does not matter.
What does one episode cost, and a weekly show?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. A weekly 4-hour show is about 960 minutes a month, which fits the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes with room for a bonus episode. Transcribing a 20-episode archive is 4,800 minutes, on the $32 pack of 6,000 minutes. Credits never expire.
Which links work?
RSS feeds and podcast pages, YouTube (including live replays), Vimeo, Google Drive share links and folders, and Twitch or Kick VODs. For a host that is not on that list, download the episode file and upload it.
The video version of the episode is 6 GB. Can it go in?
A single file can be up to 5 GB, so upload the audio master instead, or paste the YouTube link once the video is published. Before the first pack, uploads are taken up to 5 GB, and a file between 2 and 5 GB starts without waiting for a pack.
What about a live recording that ran past 6 hours?
Stream recordings from Twitch, Kick or YouTube Live over 6 hours start once a pack is on the account. Any single file can run up to 10 hours; a marathon longer than that goes in as two files.
Languages, export formats and privacy?
99 languages are detected automatically, and a show that drifts between English and another language is detected on its main one. Download the episode text as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Every episode is transcribed on our own servers and is never used for training.
