Transcribe an actual play podcast with the whole table in it.
Actual play episodes are long, loud and full of voices: a game master, four or five players, and their characters. Paste the episode link or drop the file below and the whole episode comes back as one transcript with chapters and show notes material, at about 2 minutes per hour of audio. The first 20 minutes are free and packs begin at $6.
For published games
An episode your listeners can search, not just play.
Show notes for a three-hour game
The brief gives the episode's arc in a few lines and the takeaways underneath it, which become your episode description with light editing. The questions the episode answers often make a better hook for the description than anything you would write at midnight after the edit.
Scenes as chapters
A published game moves from recap to roleplay to combat to cliffhanger. Chapters follow those turns with a heading and a time, so listeners who missed a week can jump to the big fight, and your hosting platform gets chapter markers it can display.
Edited music and effects
Your published mix has a score and sound design under the table talk. Music and sound effects are not transcribed; the speech over them is. If a scene is buried under a loud cue, that stretch may come back lighter, so a dialogue stem transcribes most cleanly.
Masters and stems
A finished 3-hour MP3 is roughly 170 MB and goes through the box on this page. A multitrack session or a long WAV stem of a few gigabytes continues on the upload page, up to 5 GB, or paste the public episode link instead.
Accessibility and discovery
A long game with text, and without.

FAQ
Actual play transcripts, answered.
How long until a 3-hour actual play episode is ready?
About six minutes. Transcription takes about 2 minutes per hour of audio, and a link means you skip the upload entirely.
What does it cost for a season?
One 3-hour episode is 180 minutes, which fits in the $6 pack (500 minutes). A ten-episode season at that length is 1,800 minutes, inside the $12 pack (2,000 minutes). A back catalogue of fifty such episodes, 9,000 minutes, takes two $24 packs (5,000 minutes each).
Is there a size cap per episode?
Each file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first. Without a pack on the account the upload limit is 2 GB; bigger files start after a pack is added.
Should I split a long episode at the intermission?
There is no need. One episode, one file, one transcript with one clock, so the chapter times match the published audio. Splitting only applies past 10 hours.
We record in French. Is that supported?
Yes, French and 98 other languages are detected automatically.
Which files can I publish, and who sees our raw recordings?
Publish the DOCX or TXT as an episode transcript, upload SRT or VTT as captions, or use JSON in your own site build. Unreleased episodes stay private: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
