Transcribe a 90-minute panel discussion and quote each panelist exactly.
A 90-minute panel discussion is transcribed in about 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour, and the event video is typically a few hundred MB to a little over 1 GB. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
From the stage to the recap
Four voices, one moderator, and the line everyone will want to quote.
How panel recordings arrive
Panels are filmed by the event's AV crew, streamed live to YouTube or Vimeo, or held as a webinar on Zoom or Teams. If the stream replay is public or unlisted, paste the link and nothing needs downloading. An AV export from a camera tends to be the largest file; up to 5 GB uploads, with or without a pack.
About three minutes
Processing takes about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a ninety-minute panel is ready in roughly three. Our proof page records a 9.31-hour file completed in 1,033 seconds, which gives you the scale for a full day of sessions.
Counting the conference
One panel uses 90 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. A three-day event of twenty panels is 1,800 minutes, still inside that same $18 pack.
Panelists in the summary
The brief states the panel's main argument and where the speakers disagreed. The moderator and each panelist are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, and every question from the moderator becomes a chapter with its timestamp. The chat answers a question such as 'what did the economist say about wages?'
Why panel recaps come out thin
Ninety minutes of four people talking is hard to summarise from memory.
✗ A recap from the back of the room
Someone takes notes, the video goes up a week later, and the best exchange is paraphrased badly.
- Quotes attributed to the wrong panelist
- Audience questions summarised in one line
- Auto-captions that mangle every surname
- Scrubbing the video to find one remark
- A recap post delayed until interest has gone
- No text for the event's own archive
✓ A panel you can quote from
Everything said on stage, in writing, with the structure of the session already laid out.
- About 3 minutes from upload to text
- Free preview of the opening minutes
- One panel, 90 of the $4 pack's 300 minutes
- Moderator and panelists named in key quotes
- Audience Q&A as its own chapter
- SRT and VTT for the session video

FAQ
Ninety-minute panels, the usual questions.
How long does a 90-minute panel take to transcribe?
About 3 minutes. Speed is roughly 2 minutes per audio hour, so even a full afternoon of back-to-back panels is minutes of processing, not hours.
How are the panelists told apart?
Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, which is where a recap draws from. The transcript itself is continuous text with timestamps. Panelists who introduce themselves at the start make the naming easier.
What does a full conference cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Credits never expire, so leftover minutes carry to next year's event.
Can I paste the stream replay link instead?
Yes. YouTube, including live replays, and Vimeo links are fetched directly, as are Twitch and Kick VODs and Google Drive share links. A stream recording over 6 hours starts once a pack is on the account; a 90-minute panel is far below that.
Is audience noise a problem?
Applause, music between sessions and crowd noise are not transcribed; the speech is. An audience question asked without a microphone may come through faintly, so check those passages. The answer from the stage is usually clear.
What exports are there, and is the recording kept private?
Five exports: TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. DOCX suits the recap article and SRT or VTT go on the posted video. The panel is transcribed on our own servers and the audio is never used for training.
