Transcribe a keynote speech with the quotes you need.
You have the recording of a 60 to 90 minute keynote and need the text, the lines worth quoting and where each one was said, for a recap, a blog post or the press. Upload the file or paste the session video link: a 90-minute keynote is ready in about 3 minutes, the first 20 minutes are free, and a pack from $6 transcribes the rest.
For the recap
The recap is due tomorrow, and the keynote was 90 minutes long.
Quotes you can stand behind
Key quotes are pulled out with the timestamp each one sits at, and the speaker named. Before a line goes into a press release or a social post, click back to that moment in the audio and check the wording.
Every figure on the slide, as said
Keynotes are full of launch dates, customer counts and percentages. The brief collects the names, numbers and dates that were spoken, so the recap uses what was actually said on stage.
Done while the room empties
At about 2 minutes per hour of audio, a 90-minute keynote takes around three. The text exists before the next session starts.
Captions for the replay
Export SRT or VTT and the posted replay has captions that match the speech. DOCX and TXT go to the person writing the recap, and the session video can be a link instead of a file; a large file continues on the upload page.
After the keynote
Writing a recap from memory and a phone video.
✗ From memory
Someone in the audience took notes, someone else filmed part of it, and the recap goes out with a misquoted line.
- Quotes reconstructed from hasty notes
- Figures copied from the wrong slide
- Scrubbing the replay to find one sentence
- A replay posted with no captions
- The recap delayed until someone listens back
- A free tool that stops after 30 minutes
✓ From the transcript
The full keynote as text, with the quotable lines already pulled out and timed.
- The whole 60 to 90 minutes as one document
- Key quotes with timestamps and the speaker named
- Names, numbers and dates collected in the brief
- Chapters that follow the structure of the talk
- SRT or VTT captions for the replay
- Text ready about 3 minutes after upload
Sample output
A keynote, with the lines a recap would quote.
Illustrative output, not a real keynote or speaker. The timestamps match the recording, so each quote can be checked against the audio before it is published.

FAQ
Keynote speeches, answered.
How fast is a keynote transcribed?
A 60-minute keynote takes about 2 minutes and a 90-minute one about 3. You can upload it from your phone in the hall and read it a few minutes later.
What does a 90-minute keynote cost?
The first 20 minutes are free, so you can read the opening before paying. A $6 pack (500 minutes) transcribes the rest of a 90-minute keynote and leaves minutes for several more sessions. The minutes do not expire.
The video file is large. Is there a limit?
Keynote videos can be up to 5 GB and 10 hours per file. Before your first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB, and a file above that starts once a pack is on the account. A link to the session on YouTube or Vimeo needs no upload.
The recording includes the introduction and the Q&A. Should I trim it?
No. Leave it whole; chapters separate the introduction, the talk and the questions, and you keep accurate timestamps against the original video.
The keynote was given in Spanish (or Korean, or Hindi). Can you transcribe it?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, so a keynote in Spanish comes back in Spanish without any setting. If the speaker moves between languages, the transcript follows the main one.
What exports are there, and is an embargoed keynote safe?
The keynote downloads as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, so a talk under embargo is not shared anywhere, and you can delete it after export.
