Transcribe a 90-minute webinar before the follow-up email goes out.
A 90-minute webinar comes back as text in about 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour, and its 90 minutes fit the $6 pack of 500 with 410 left. The first 20 minutes are free, and a replay on YouTube or Vimeo can be pasted as a link instead of downloaded.
Ninety minutes, put to work
The webinar is over. The recap, the captions and the FAQ are still to write.
Three minutes, roughly
Ninety minutes of audio at about 2 minutes per hour is done in around three. You can have the text in hand while attendees are still reading the thank-you email.
Ninety out of five hundred
There are 500 minutes in the $6 pack, and a webinar uses 90. One 90-minute webinar uses 90 of them, so 410 remain, enough for four more sessions of the same length. A series of ten runs to 900 minutes and suits the $12 pack of 2,000.
Link or file
A replay on YouTube or Vimeo can be pasted as a link. A Zoom or Teams recording is downloaded first, then uploaded; webinar video of this length is usually far below the 2 GB that uploads before a pack.
The Q&A, answered in writing
Chapters split the talk from the questions, the brief states the takeaways, and the questions the recording answers are listed. Slides are not read; what the presenters said aloud is what you get.
Why webinar recordings go unused
Most webinar replays are watched by almost nobody after the day.
✗ A replay link and nothing else
The recording goes on a page, the recap gets written from memory, and the Q&A answers are lost.
- A recap written from rough notes
- Auto-captions full of product names spelled wrong
- Questions answered live and never written down
- A transcription plan billed monthly
- A free tier that ends before the Q&A
- No way to quote a panelist exactly
✓ Text the same afternoon
The full webinar as a document, with the parts you need already pulled out.
- About 3 minutes for 90
- First 20 minutes free
- $6 for 500 minutes, credits keep
- Panelists named in brief, quotes, chapters
- The Q&A as its own chapter
- SRT and VTT for the replay page

FAQ
A 90-minute webinar, the common questions.
How long does a 90-minute webinar take to transcribe?
Around 3 minutes, because processing takes about 2 minutes per audio hour. Close the tab if you like; the transcript lands in your Library.
What does a 90-minute webinar cost?
90 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor; the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest and leaves at least 410. Ten webinars of this length are 900 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000.
Can I paste the webinar link?
Yes, if the replay is on YouTube or Vimeo. A Teams recording, or a webinar platform that only offers a download, is downloaded first and then uploaded. Files up to 2 GB upload before a pack, and each file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB.
Are the slides and the chat box transcribed?
No. The transcript is the speech in the recording. Questions the host reads aloud from the chat are transcribed, because they were spoken. During a silent demo, narrating the clicks out loud is what puts those steps into the text.
Our webinar was in Portuguese or Japanese. Does that work?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, so a webinar in Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish or Korean needs no setting. Each recording is detected on its main language.
Which exports, and what happens to the recording?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON from one run: DOCX for the recap, SRT or VTT for the replay player. A recap post, a follow-up email and an FAQ page can all be drafted from the same text. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
