Transcribe a virtual summit every session, not just the keynote.
A virtual summit leaves you with dozens of session recordings and many hours of talk. Share the Drive folder, paste the replay links or upload the files, and each session comes back at about 2 minutes per hour of audio; thirty 50-minute sessions are 1,500 minutes on one $12 pack.
Why summit recordings go unused
The content is recorded. Turning it into anything takes weeks.
Send the whole programme
Paste a Google Drive folder link and every session recording inside is picked up, or paste YouTube and Vimeo replay links one by one. A full-day track recorded as one stream fits too, up to 10 hours or 5 GB.
Captions for the replay library
SRT and VTT files come out of the same run, so every replay gets captions before the all-access pass goes on sale. The DOCX of each session can become a written guide for attendees who prefer reading to watching.
Quotes for promotion
Each session's key quotes come with timestamps and the speaker named, which is the raw material for social posts, the recap email and the next summit's speaker invitations.
A searchable summit
All sessions sit in a Library searchable across recordings. Search "pricing" and see which of thirty speakers covered it, and where in each session.
After the summit
Thirty sessions recorded, and the recap covers the three you attended.
✗ Recordings in a folder
Valuable, but nobody has time to watch them all. The organiser knows the sessions they hosted, and the rest of the programme stays unread.
- Replays with no captions
- A recap written from the sessions someone saw
- Speaker quotes hunted from video
- Per-minute quotes that make a summit expensive
- Session files renamed to fit a tool's limit
- No way to search across sessions
✓ A transcribed summit
Every session as text, captions and quotes. The recap, the replay page and the next year's speaker shortlist can all be written from it.
- Captions for every replay
- A brief per session with takeaways
- Key quotes with speakers named
- Search across the whole programme
- Drive folders and links, no downloads
- One $12 pack for 1,500 minutes

FAQ
Virtual summit recordings, answered.
How long does a whole summit take to transcribe?
Each session processes at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, and sessions run in parallel. Thirty 50-minute sessions are typically finished well within the time it takes to upload them. Linked replays start without an upload, so a folder of thirty can be text within the hour.
What does a summit cost to transcribe?
Thirty sessions of 50 minutes are 1,500 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000. A three-day summit with 60 hours of content is 3,600 minutes, which goes on the $24 pack of 5,000, and that pack includes API access for submitting sessions by script.
How large can a session recording be?
Up to 10 hours or 5 GB a file. The first uploads before a pack can be up to 2 GB; files above that start once a pack is on the account. Linked replays need no upload.
A track was streamed as one 11-hour recording. What now?
Ten hours is the ceiling for one file, so save the track as two files, ideally at a break between sessions, and upload both. Each half returns with its own chapters, and the Library search covers both.
Our speakers presented in Spanish, Arabic and English. Is that fine?
Yes. Each session's language is detected automatically from 99 languages, and speakers are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters.
What exports are available, and do the sessions stay ours?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON for every session. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, so paid summit content stays your content.
