Transcribe a Bisaya bar review lecture and find every doctrine by timestamp.

A 3-hour bar review lecture in Bisaya (Cebuano) and English comes back as searchable text in about 6 minutes, with the first 20 minutes free and a $6 pack (500 minutes) for the rest. Cebuano is supported, but its accuracy trails the major languages, so read the transcript as a fast first draft and plan one review pass against the recording.

What a review lecture becomes

Hours of lecture, turned into text you can search the night before.

The lecture as it is delivered

Review lectures in Cebu, Davao and across Mindanao are often given in Bisaya, with the law itself said in English: the codal provision, the doctrine, the case title. The English parts come back cleanly and stay in place inside the Bisaya explanation around them.

Every doctrine, findable

Chapters with timestamps follow the lecture topic by topic, so remedial law, insurance or taxation each sit under their own heading. The brief lists the case names, article numbers and dates the lecturer said, and the chat finds where a doctrine was explained. Reading a lecture in text form is also faster than listening: a 3-hour session is around twenty-five thousand words that you can skim in a fraction of the time.

A whole subject on one pack

Ten lectures of 3 hours each is 30 hours, or 1,800 minutes, which the $12 pack (2,000 minutes) covers. The credits never expire, so the same pack still works when the next subject's recordings arrive.

Study material, not legal advice

The transcript is an AI working text of a lecture, with timestamps, for your own review. It is not a certified transcript and not legal advice, and any codal text you cite should come from the source rather than from a recording.

Reviewing from recordings

Four hours of lecture, and the doctrine you need is somewhere in the middle.

✗ Replaying for one doctrine

A recorded lecture helps only if you can find the part you need, and most transcription tools do not know Bisaya. Review season leaves little time to replay anything, and the lecturer's best examples are rarely on the slides.

  • Scrubbing audio for one case title
  • Tools that hear Cebuano as noise
  • Notes that miss the lecturer's examples
  • A one-hour cap on a four-hour lecture
  • No timestamps to go back and check
  • Retyping codal text you already own

✓ A lecture you can search

Search the text, jump to the timestamp, and hear the lecturer's own words again.

  • About 8 minutes for a 4-hour lecture
  • Case names and article numbers pulled out
  • Chapters topic by topic
  • Lecturer named in the summary, quotes and chapters
  • DOCX for your own notes
  • $12 pack for a 30-hour subject

00:01:30 Maayong buntag. Karon, atong sugdan ang remedial law, ilabina ang jurisdiction. Kini ang pirmi gipangutana sa bar.
00:37:45 Hinumdumi ninyo: jurisdiction over the subject matter is conferred by law. Dili kini mahimong i-waive sa mga partido.
01:12:20 Pananglitan, gi-file ang kaso sa sayop nga korte. Unsa man ang buhaton sa korte? Dismiss, dili ba?
02:54:10 So para sa sunod nga semana, basaha ang rules on venue ug ang mga exceptions. Mag-recitation ta.

FAQ

Bar review recordings: what reviewees ask.

How long does a 3-hour bar review lecture take?

About 6 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 4-hour lecture takes about 8.

What does one lecture cost, and a whole subject?

One 3-hour lecture is 180 minutes: the first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack (500 minutes) covers the rest. For a subject of ten such lectures, 1,800 minutes in all, the $12 pack (2,000 minutes) is the one to buy. Classmates who split the recordings between them can each buy their own pack; credits never expire, so nobody has to rush.

Where does the Bisaya come out weakest?

Fast asides, jokes and anything said away from the microphone. A phone recording made near the front of the room gives the Cebuano parts the best chance, and the English codal text and case titles are the most reliable part of the transcript.

Is there a size limit, and do I need to split a long lecture?

A lecture of up to 10 hours or 5 GB goes in as one file, so nothing needs splitting. Before your first pack, uploads are capped at 2 GB, and a phone voice memo of a 4-hour lecture is far below that.

Can I paste a Google Drive link to my lecture recordings?

Yes. A Google Drive share link, or a whole shared folder of lectures, goes in as long as it is shared for viewing. YouTube links work too, with nothing to upload.

Which formats come out, and who sees my recordings?

TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON are all available. Lecture recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and a lecture you delete goes with its transcript.
