Transcribe civil service exam lecture recordings in Korean, for the long months of review.
A civil service exam (공무원 시험) review lecture of 2 to 4 hours comes back as Korean text in about 4 to 8 minutes, and the first 20 minutes are free. Two 4-hour lectures, 480 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and twenty 3-hour lectures fit the $24 pack of 5,000.
For candidates in a long review cycle
Review lectures run for hours. Revision needs the one paragraph that explained the point.
Recording and permission
Review lectures come from academies, online courses and study groups. Transcribe lectures you are permitted to download, or recordings you made of a class with the lecturer's agreement; a lecture shared publicly on YouTube can be pasted as a link.
Units, not hours
A 4-hour lecture becomes chapters by subject unit with timestamps, and the brief gathers the dates, article numbers and terms the lecturer repeated. Those lists turn into flashcards with little extra work.
A month of review, counted
Twenty 3-hour lectures make 3,600 minutes, inside the $24 pack of 5,000 with 1,400 to spare. A week of five 3-hour lectures is 900 minutes on the $12 pack of 2,000.
Find the explanation again
Ask the chat where the lecturer explained a confusing point in Korean history or administrative law, and it returns the passage and the minute. Replaying four hours to find it is the slow way.
Why long review lectures are hard to revise from
Four hours of lecture, a notebook of fragments, and an exam months away.
✗ Hours of audio, thin notes
Review lectures move fast to cover a whole subject. Notes taken at that pace skip the reasoning, and going back means replaying long stretches to find one explanation.
- Four-hour lectures with no index
- Notes that skip the reasoning
- Repeated points you cannot locate
- Article numbers copied wrong
- Revision by rewatching at speed
- Services that refuse long files
✓ Lectures as revision text
Each lecture becomes Korean text with chapters by unit and a brief of what to remember. Over months the transcripts become a searchable set of notes for every subject.
- Eight minutes or so per 4-hour lecture
- Lecturer named in the brief and key quotes
- Chapters split by subject unit
- Dates and articles collected
- Chat that answers in Korean
- DOCX or TXT for flashcards

FAQ
Civil service exam lecture recordings, the common questions.
How long does a 4-hour review lecture take?
About 8 minutes, since speed runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A shorter 2-hour lecture is ready in about 4.
What does a month of review lectures cost?
Twenty 3-hour lectures are 3,600 minutes on the $24 pack of 5,000. Two 4-hour lectures fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and a week of five 3-hour lectures fits the $12 pack. Credits never expire, which suits a review that runs for months.
Which review lectures can I upload?
Lectures you are allowed to download or record for your own study. Academies and online services set their own terms, so check before uploading, and keep the transcripts for personal revision.
A lecture is longer than 10 hours. What then?
Cut it into two files; each file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before your first pack, single uploads can be up to 2 GB, and a file larger than that starts once a pack is on the account.
Does it handle Hanja terms and legal vocabulary?
Korean is detected automatically and legal and historical vocabulary is transcribed as spoken, usually in Hangul. Check terms and article numbers against your textbook before memorising them.
What do I download, and is the lecture private?
DOCX and TXT for notes, SRT and VTT for subtitles, JSON for study apps. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and each lecture can be deleted after you download it.
