Transcribe demo day recordings in South Korea, every pitch in its own chapter.
A startup demo day recording of 3 to 5 hours comes back as text in about 6 to 10 minutes, with each pitch in its own chapter, and the first 20 minutes are free. Two 4-hour sessions, 480 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes, priced in US dollars.
For investors, organisers and founders
Twenty pitches in one afternoon, and every claim made on stage kept as text.
Replay link or event video
Demo days streamed on YouTube can be pasted as a link, live replays included, with nothing to download. An organiser's own camera file is usually a large MP4; before the first pack uploads can be up to 2 GB, and a 4-hour video above that starts once a pack is on the account.
Morning and afternoon apart
Upload the morning and afternoon sessions as separate files, up to 10 hours or 5 GB each. Each returns with its own chapters, so pitch numbers and timestamps match the recording you will share.
Every pitch, compared
The summary names each founder and judge, and the brief collects the figures said on stage: revenue, users, market size, the amount being raised. Comparing twenty pitches afterwards means reading lists, not replaying video.
An event season, counted
A 4-hour demo day is 240 minutes, so two fit the $6 pack. A programme that runs eight 4-hour events a year needs 1,920 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000.
Why demo day recordings go unused
Four hours of pitches, and the notes say "good team, check traction".
✗ A long video and loose notes
Investors and organisers watch pitch after pitch with a notebook on their knee. By the fifteenth company the notes are thin, and the replay is too long to go back through.
- Pitches blurring together by mid-afternoon
- Figures heard once and misremembered
- Judges' questions lost
- No way to compare two pitches side by side
- A replay nobody has time to rewatch
- Tools that stop well before the last pitch
✓ A demo day you can read
The event becomes text with a chapter per pitch, the figures each founder gave and the judges' questions. Follow-up meetings start from what was said on stage.
- About 8 minutes for a 4-hour pitch session
- Speakers on stage named in the brief
- Each pitch in its own chapter
- Revenue, users and raise amounts listed
- Chat to compare two pitches
- DOCX to share with the investment team

FAQ
Demo day recordings, the common questions.
How long does a 5-hour demo day take to transcribe?
About 10 minutes, at near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 3-hour session takes about 6; the published test of 4.94 hours in 372 seconds is on the proof page.
What does an event cost?
A 4-hour demo day is 240 minutes, and two fit the $6 pack of 500. A full day of 5 hours plus a 3-hour evening session is 480 minutes, also on the $6 pack, and a year of events moves to the $12 pack of 2,000.
Pitches switch between Korean and English. Can it keep up?
The language is set by what most of the recording is in. When most pitches are in Korean and a few are in English, transcribe the session as recorded and check the English pitches against the audio; uploading them as separate files gives the cleanest result when that is practical.
The event video is over 2 GB; what are the options?
Paste the YouTube replay link if there is one. Otherwise, a file over 2 GB starts once a pack is on the account, up to 5 GB or 10 hours, or you can export audio only, which is far smaller.
Can I get subtitles for the replay?
Yes. SRT and VTT come from the same transcript and carry the timestamps, so the replay can be captioned. TXT, DOCX and JSON are also available.
Is an unreleased pitch kept confidential?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and only your account sees the result. Delete the event whenever you choose.
