Transcribe a French webinar in Canada the replay as text in minutes.
A French webinar recorded in Canada, typically 60 to 120 minutes, comes back here as French text in about 2 to 4 minutes, with the presentation and the question period in separate chapters. The first 20 minutes are free, and four 2-hour webinars, 480 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
From replay to text
The replay link people never open, turned into a page they can read.
However it was hosted
Download the recording from the webinar platform, usually an MP4 (check its export settings), and upload it on upload page. If the replay is published on YouTube or Vimeo, paste the link instead of uploading.
Presentation, then questions
Chapters split the welcome, each part of the presentation and the question period, so a reader can jump to the answers without the first hour.
Attendee questions answered
Questions read out from the chat and the answers the presenters give are collected in a list, useful for a follow-up email or a FAQ page in French.
Captions and a write-up
SRT or VTT captions the replay in French; DOCX gives marketing or training teams an editable article draft, and TXT goes anywhere.

- Two hours back in about 4 minutes

FAQ
French webinar recordings, the common questions.
How long does a 90-minute webinar take?
About 3 minutes. Processing runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 60-minute webinar takes about 2 and a 2-hour one about 4. Upload the replay as soon as the webinar platform makes it available, and the recap can go out the same day.
What does a webinar series cost?
Twelve monthly webinars of 90 minutes add up to 1,080 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Up to five 90-minute webinars, 450 minutes, fit the $6 pack. If your team runs webinars every week, the $19/month Workspace is another option. Prices are USD.
Can I paste the replay link?
Yes for YouTube and Vimeo links, and for Google Drive share links. A replay that only lives inside a webinar platform needs to be downloaded first, then uploaded.
Is a French webinar with English slides handled?
The audio is what gets transcribed, and it is detected on its main language, here French. English words or passages spoken during the webinar are handled in the same text. Product names and English software terms are the words to check before publishing the captions.
How large can the file be?
Up to 10 hours or 5 GB per file; before a pack is on the account, uploads stop at 2 GB, well above a typical 2-hour webinar. If the platform offers an audio-only download, it uploads faster and transcribes the same.
What do I get to download, and is it private?
The exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON; most webinar teams take SRT for the replay and DOCX for a recap article. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
