Transcribe a Hiligaynon church service and send the sermon to members as text.
A 2-hour Hiligaynon church service, uploaded or pasted as a YouTube replay, is transcribed in about 4 minutes, with the sermon's main points and the scripture references listed. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers four 2-hour Sundays.
For pastors and media teams
The sermon was preached once. As text it can reach the members who were not there.
The message in a paragraph
The brief sets out the sermon's central point and its takeaways, a ready first draft for the bulletin or the church's page.
Every verse cited
Book, chapter and verse references read from the pulpit are collected with timestamps, which makes a study guide quick to put together.
Chapters through the order of service
Welcome, prayer, the message, the altar call and the announcements each get a chapter, so the sermon is easy to lift out on its own.
From the livestream or the desk
Paste a YouTube live replay as a link. A Facebook Live replay is downloaded first and then uploaded, the same way as a file from the sound desk through the upload page.
Why sermons get lost
Most recorded services are never watched again, because nobody can find the part they wanted in two hours of video.
✗ A service kept only as video
Services in Iloilo, Bacolod and Ilonggo congregations elsewhere move between Hiligaynon preaching and English songs and readings. The replay sits online, but members who missed it rarely sit through all of it.
- A 2-hour video for a 40-minute message
- Verses noted by hand and some missed
- Ilonggo members overseas with nothing to read
- Bible study groups working from memory
- Auto captions that follow only the English
- Past messages that nobody can search
✓ The same service here
The spoken parts come back as text, with the sermon separated and summarised.
- A brief of the message and its points
- Scripture references with timestamps
- Chapters through the order of service
- Questions the message answers, for study
- A month of Sundays on the $6 pack
- DOCX for a printed study guide

FAQ
Hiligaynon services, answered.
How soon is a 2-hour service ready as text?
Around 4 minutes, at about 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 90-minute service is ready in about 3, often before the media team has finished packing the cables. A one-hour youth service or midweek Bible study comes back in about 2.
What would a year of Sunday services cost us?
Four 2-hour services are 480 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500. A quarter of weekly 2-hour services, thirteen of them, is 1,560 minutes and fits the $12 pack of 2,000. A full year of 90-minute Sundays, fifty-two of them, is 4,680 minutes, which the $24 pack of 5,000 covers.
Is the Hiligaynon preaching transcribed well?
Hiligaynon is supported, but accuracy trails the major languages, so plan one review pass on the sermon before it is printed or posted. Scripture read in English and announcements made in English come back cleanly.
Are the songs and worship set transcribed?
Music is left out of the text; the speech is kept. The worship set usually shows as a gap between timestamps, while prayers, readings and the message come back as text.
Our video is longer than the service and very large. Will it go?
A file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, so a whole Sunday stream goes in as one piece. Before the first pack the ceiling is 2 GB, so a larger stream file waits until a pack is on the account.
Which formats can the media team download, and is the recording private?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, with SRT ready to add as captions to the replay. For a congregation's prayers and testimonies: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
