Transcribe a Hindi radio show and keep every interview after it airs.
A 2-hour Hindi radio programme recorded in Australia is transcribed in about 4 minutes, with Hindi detected automatically and the film songs between segments left out. The first 20 minutes are free, and four weekly 2-hour shows, 480 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
For presenters and station volunteers
Two hours of conversation every week, and a guest who asks for a copy.
The guest gets a transcript
A visiting doctor, a small-business adviser, a festival organiser: send the guest their interview as a DOCX within minutes of the show ending. Chapters mark where each interview starts and stops.
Call-in questions, kept
Listeners' questions from the talkback segment are collected with timestamps in the brief, so next week's show can answer the ones there was no time for.
Clips with captions
Cut a minute of the interview for social media and caption it with the SRT or VTT export. Film songs carry no captions, because music is not transcribed.
From the podcast feed
If the programme goes out as a podcast, paste its RSS link and skip the download. A raw studio WAV of 2 hours is about 1.27 GB (176,400 bytes a second for 7,200 seconds), which continues on the upload page.
What happens after the show
A good interview airs once and then lives in a folder.

FAQ
Hindi radio recordings, answered.
How fast is a 2-hour show transcribed?
In about 4 minutes; processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 3-hour Saturday special takes about 6, so the text is often ready before the presenter has packed up the studio. The time depends on the length of the recording, not on whether it is in Hindi or English.
What does a year of weekly shows cost?
Four 2-hour shows, 480 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500. A quarter of thirteen shows, 1,560 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000. The $24 pack of 5,000 minutes covers forty-one 2-hour shows, 4,920 minutes, about ten months of a weekly slot. Prices are in USD.
Are the songs in the transcript?
No. Music and sound effects are not transcribed; the presenter, the guests and the callers are. The text simply jumps from the end of one link to the start of the next.
Our presenters switch between Hindi and English. Does that work?
Yes. The programme is detected on its main language, Hindi, and the English inside it is handled in the same transcript. Nothing needs to be set before uploading.
How big a file can we send?
Each file may run to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever is reached first. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; the upload box on this page takes 500 MB and larger files continue on the main upload page. A compressed MP3 of the show is usually a few hundred megabytes at most, so the studio WAV is the only version likely to need the main page.
Is it private?
Each programme is transcribed on our own servers and never used for training. The station downloads TXT for the archive, DOCX for guests, SRT or VTT for video clips, and JSON for anyone building a searchable index of past shows.
