Transcribe an Ilocano DepEd or CHED training and keep notes for the certificate.
A 4-hour DepEd or CHED training webinar held in Ilocano and English is transcribed in about 8 minutes, with a chapter for each resource speaker. You get the first 20 minutes free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers two half-day sessions of 4 hours each.
For teachers and faculty
A training day is four hours of sessions you are expected to remember and write about afterwards.
Notes you did not have to type
The brief lists the training's main point and its takeaways in plain sentences, which is the raw material for the reflection or narrative report many trainings ask for.
A chapter for every resource speaker's talk
Opening program, each session, the open forum and the closing each get a titled chapter with a start time, so you can return to the talk you need.
The dates and forms in one list
Submission deadlines, form names, links read aloud and the next schedule are collected with timestamps, so nothing announced in the last ten minutes gets lost.
Recorded on Zoom or streamed
A Zoom or Meet recording uploads as a file, and a YouTube replay works as a link. A Facebook Live replay is downloaded first and then sent through the upload page.
Why notes run short
Typing notes during a four-hour webinar while managing a class group chat leaves gaps exactly where the instructions were.
✗ Taking notes live
Long trainings switch between Ilocano explanation and English slides, often over a weak connection. Notes taken live catch the slide titles and miss what the speaker actually asked teachers to do.
- Notes that stop when the connection drops
- Instructions half heard during the open forum
- A replay too long to watch twice
- Deadlines scattered across several sessions
- Reflections written from memory days later
- No record the school head can check
✓ The same training here
The full half day comes back as text, organised by session, with the instructions pulled out.
- A brief with the training's purpose and takeaways
- A chapter for each resource speaker
- Deadlines, forms and links with timestamps
- Questions raised in the open forum, listed
- Two 4-hour training days on one $6 pack
- DOCX to draft the reflection from

FAQ
Ilocano trainings and webinars, answered.
How long until a 4-hour training is ready?
About 8 minutes at roughly 2 minutes per hour. A shorter 2-hour orientation is ready in about 4, which is usually before you have closed the webinar tab.
What does a multi-day Ilocano training cost?
One half-day session of 4 hours is 240 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes holds two of them. A five-day training with a 4-hour session each day is 1,200 minutes and fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes, leaving 800 for the next one. The first 20 minutes are free if you want to test it on a single session.
Can I hand in the transcript as my notes?
Use it as the source you write from. Read the brief, check each instruction against its timestamp, and write the reflection in your own words, because that is what a certificate requirement usually expects from you.
Is the Ilocano part accurate?
Ilocano is supported, but it trails the major languages, so expect a fast first draft that needs one review pass. The English slides and English explanations come back cleanly, and Tagalog is detected automatically if a speaker switches to it.
The Zoom video is over 2 GB. Will it upload?
A file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first. Before the first pack, uploads stop at 2 GB, so a larger video starts once a pack is on the account. Audio-only exports are much smaller, if the platform offers one, and an audio copy uploads faster when you only need the words.
What can I download, and does the webinar recording stay private?
You can download TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON for every session. For a recording that shows colleagues and students: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
