Transcribe a Hiligaynon DepEd or CHED training and write the report from the text.
A 3.5-hour DepEd or CHED training in Hiligaynon and English is transcribed in about 7 minutes, with each session summarised and the open forum's questions collected. After the first 20 minutes free, two such sessions, 420 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
For school heads, teachers and faculty
After a seminar comes the report. The text is what you write it from.
Each session in brief
The brief records the seminar's purpose and the takeaways of each talk, which is the backbone of a narrative or terminal report.
The open forum, kept
Questions teachers asked and the answers given come back as a list with times, often the most practical part of a whole training.
Instructions that cannot slip
Submission dates, template names, links read aloud and the next schedule are listed with their timestamps.
However it was recorded
A Zoom or Meet recording uploads as a file through the upload page; a YouTube replay goes in as a link; a Facebook Live replay is downloaded and then uploaded.
Why the report is hard
Writing a training report from a few slides and a half-remembered open forum leaves out what the speakers actually asked of you.
✗ Reporting from memory
Trainings run for hours, the speaker explains in Hiligaynon while the slides are in English, and the most useful answers come in the open forum at the end, when attention is lowest.
- Slides saved, explanations lost
- Open forum answers never written down
- Deadlines announced once, then forgotten
- A replay too long to search
- Reports that repeat the program, not the content
- Colleagues who missed it left with nothing
✓ The same training here
The whole session comes back as text, with the useful parts pulled out for you.
- A brief of each session's main points
- Open forum questions with their answers
- Deadlines, templates and links listed
- Chapters per resource speaker
- Two 3.5-hour sessions on the $6 pack
- DOCX to start the narrative report

FAQ
Hiligaynon trainings, answered.
How long does a half-day session take to transcribe?
A 3.5-hour session takes about 7 minutes, and a 4-hour one about 8, since processing runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A LAC session of an hour or two comes back in 2 to 4 minutes.
What does a whole seminar cost?
Two 3.5-hour sessions are 420 minutes and fit the $6 pack of 500. A three-day seminar with two 3-hour blocks a day is 18 hours, 1,080 minutes, on the $12 pack of 2,000. A school transcribing every training in a year, say 4,500 minutes, would use the $24 pack of 5,000.
Is Hiligaynon as accurate as English?
Not yet. Hiligaynon is supported, but accuracy trails the major languages, so plan one review pass over the Hiligaynon explanations; the English slides and English answers come back clean, and Tagalog is detected automatically.
Can a whole division's recordings go in at once?
Paste a Google Drive folder link and each recording in it is transcribed as its own file. Each file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, and files over 2 GB start once a pack is on the account.
Can I submit the transcript as my report?
Use it to write the report rather than as the report. The brief and chapters give you the structure and the exact wording; the reflection and the application to your own class are yours to add. Colleagues who missed the seminar can read the brief and chapters instead of sitting through the replay.
Which exports are available, and is the recording kept private?
Each session exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Trainings that show teachers and learners stay private: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
