Transcribe continuing education lectures into notes you can search later.
To transcribe CME or CLE lecture recordings, upload each session or paste its link, and every one comes back with a brief, chapters and a full transcript you can search. A 12-hour continuing education program is 720 minutes, which the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers.
For professionals in practice
The credit hours count once. The content is useful for years.
Notes for every session
A brief states what each session covered and the takeaways that matter in practice. Keep them beside your certificates as a record of what you learned, not only that you attended.
Find the rule or the case again
The names, numbers and dates said in each session are listed, so a case name, a guideline year or a filing deadline is quick to locate later through search.
A full-day program in one file
A conference day recorded as one six-hour file goes in whole, since a file can run up to 10 hours. A large program video above 500 MB continues on the upload page.
Priced for a program, not a month
A 12-hour program uses 720 minutes of the $12 pack's 2,000. A year of several programs above that fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, and nothing renews unless you buy again.
Why CE recordings go to waste
Hours of expert teaching, watched once at speed for the credit.
✗ Watching for the credit
Most CE recordings are watched to meet the hour requirement, then never opened again. The detail is gone by the time a client or patient raises it. A program bought for its content ends up remembered only as a certificate.
- Sessions played in the background while working
- No notes from a six-hour on-demand program
- Guidance from a speaker you cannot find again
- Slides that leave out what was said
- Access to the recordings that expires
- Nothing to search when the question comes up
✓ The same program here
Each session becomes notes and a transcript in one Library you keep.
- A brief and takeaways for every session
- Chapters by topic with timestamps
- Cases, figures and dates listed
- A searchable Library across all programs
- DOCX notes you keep after access ends
- A one-time pack sized to the program

FAQ
Continuing education transcription, answered.
How long does it take to transcribe a CE program?
Around 2 minutes per hour of audio. A six-hour program day is ready in about twelve minutes; a single 90-minute session in about three.
How much will my continuing education recordings cost?
Add the minutes. A 12-hour program is 720 minutes and fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A single 90-minute session fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, with the first 20 minutes free, and a year above 2,000 minutes fits the $24 pack.
Is there a file size limit?
One file may be as large as 5 GB or as long as 10 hours. Before your first pack, uploads stop at 2 GB; larger program videos start once a pack is on the account. On-demand sessions shared as YouTube, Vimeo or Drive links can be pasted.
A program day is longer than 10 hours. What then?
Upload it as two files, for example the morning and the afternoon. Anything up to 10 hours goes in as one.
Can it transcribe CPD sessions in other languages?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, so a session in German or Arabic needs no setting. A program where one speaker presents in a second language still comes back as a single transcript.
What formats come out, and does it count toward my credits?
Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. A transcript is a study aid and does not record attendance or earn credit. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
